Univision Premieres Season Two of the Record-Breaking Competition “¿Quién Es La Máscara?” (The Masked Singer) on Sunday, June 13 at 8 p.m. ET

MIAMI -JUNE 8, 2021 – After breaking audience records last year, “¿Quién Es La Máscara?” (The Masked Singer), TV’s most mysterious and hard-hitting reality show, returns to Univision’s “Domingos en Familia” (Family Sundays) on Sunday, June 13 at 8 p.m. ET/PT (7 p.m. CT). Hosted by renowned actor and comedian Omar Chaparro, the second season of the hit singing competition will delight the audience with its new mechanics, updated challenges, stunning new costumes, and lots of music.
Juanpa Zurita, actor and content creator, will join the all-star panel of “investigators” conformed by Yuri, Carlos Rivera, and Consuelo Duval. Together they will try to find out the identities of the 18 masked stars. They will sharpen their senses and gather clues to guess the identity of celebrities singing popular songs. In addition, special guests will participate in various galas as “investigators” to show off their skills and surprise the audience.
Returning as backstage host, Kiara Liz will bring all the action from behind the scenes and exclusive content about the fantastic costumes, secrets, the characters’ entourage, and all the juggles to prevent anyone from finding out the masked celebrities’ identities.
This new season, “¿Quién Es La Máscara?” will have more celebrity singers, actors, comedians, and influencers interpreting characters such as Mouse, Doll, Raccoon, Elephant, Unicorn, Xolo, Medusa, Banana, Polar Bear, Panther, Monster, Turtle, Guardian Dog, Disco Ball, Elf, Zombie, Jalapeño, and Quetzal. Different contestants will face off every week and reveal their true identities as they are eliminated before the grand finale. In the last gala, viewers will finally discover who was behind the mask of the winning character.

MIAMI – 11 DE JUNIO DE 2021- Tras romper récords de audiencia el año pasado, “¿Quién es la máscara?” el reality show más misterioso e impactante de la televisión, volverá a los “Domingos en Familia” de Univision el 13 de junio a las 8 p.m. Este/Pacífico (7 p.m. Centro). Conducida por el renombrado actor y comediante Omar Chaparro, la segunda temporada de la exitosa competencia deleitará a la audiencia con una nueva mecánica, novedosos disfraces deslumbrantes, renovados desafíos y mucha música.
Juanpa Zurita, actor y creador de contenido, se unirá al panel estelar de “investigadores”, compuesto por Yuri, Carlos Rivera y Consuelo Duval. Juntos tratarán de averiguar la identidad de 18 celebridades enmascaradas. Los “investigadores” agudizarán sus sentidos y buscarán pistas para descubrir quiénes son los famosos que entonan canciones conocidas. Además, invitados especiales participarán en diversas galas como “investigadores” para mostrar sus dotes artísticos y sorprender a la audiencia.
Kiara Liz, quien regresa como backstage host, presentará toda la acción detrás de cámaras y contenido exclusivo sobre los fantásticos disfraces, los secretos y el séquito que acompaña a los personajes y todos los esfuerzos por evitar que nadie se entere de la identidad de las celebridades enmascaradas.
Esta nueva temporada “¿Quién es la máscara?” contará con más cantantes, actores, comediantes e influencers famosos, que interpretarán personajes como Ratón, Lele, Mapache, Elefante, Unicornio, Xolo, Medusa, Banana, Oso Polar, Pantera, Monstruo, Tortuga, Cerbero, Disco Ball, Duende, Zombie, Jalapeño y Quetzal. Diversos participantes se enfrentarán cada semana y revelarán su verdadera identidad a media que son eliminados camino a la gran final. En la última gala, los televidentes se enterarán por fin quién está detrás de la máscara del personaje ganador.
