Top European Soccer Teams Fight to Secure Their Spots in the Round of 16
Matchday Five Airs on November 27 and 28
WHAT: With only two matchdays left in the UEFA Champions League group stage, Europe’s top club teams are entering do-or-die territory. Univision Deportes, the undisputed home of soccer in the U.S., will deliver all the action and drama of Matchday Five across its linear networks and digital platforms on November 27-28.
Some of the matchups fánaticos will be able to follow on Univision Deportes include:
- Paris Saint Germain hosts last year’s finalist Liverpool at the Parc des Princes. To make it to the Round of 16, PSG will have to overcome The Reds.
- With Barcelona a point away from securing its ticket to the next phase, the winner of this week’s Tottenham and Inter Milan matchup could very well get the other ticket out of Group B.
- AS Roma and Real Madrid will face off at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome. With the two clubs tied atop of Group G tied with 9 points, a victory would secure the winner a spot in the Round of 16.

QUÉ: Solo quedan dos fechas en la fase de grupos de la UEFA Champions League, y los mejores clubes europeos se jugarán el todo por el todo. Univision Deportes, la sede indiscutible del fútbol en Estados Unidos, trasmitirá toda la acción y drama de los partidos en la Quinta Fecha del torneo en sus cadenas y plataformas digitales el 27 y 28 de noviembre.
Algunos de los partidos que los fans podrán ver por Univision Deportes son:
- Paris Saint Germain es el anfitrión del equipo finalista del año pasado, Liverpool en el Parc des Princes. Para llegar a la Ronda de los 16, PSG tiene que derrotar a “Los Diablos Rojos”.
