Univision’s “Primer Impacto,” the longest-running Spanish-language daily news magazine in the U.S., is celebrating its 25-year anniversary with an entire week of live shows featuring exceptional stories, celebrity appearances and musical guests. Since debuting on Valentine’s Day 1994, “Primero Impacto” has informed, entertained and touched millions of Hispanic Americans.
This week, Univision is taking the show on the road with its “Ruta de Impacto” (Impact Route) to four different U.S. cities – Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles and San Diego – plus the Dominican Republic. The “Primer Impacto” team will welcome some of America’s hottest Latino stars throughout the week, including Fernando Villalona, La Leyenda, Leandro Rios, Grupo Bronco, Ángela Aguilar, Larry Hernandez and Lupillo Rivera, along with several surprise guests.
Featured stories throughout the week will highlight a quarter-century of memorable “Primer Impacto” moments and offer “where are they now” revelations. Newsmakers like celebrity astrologist Walter Mercado and Mexican singer Thalía will also reflect on their previous appearances.
