UniMás Outperforms ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX and Telemundo on Saturday Night Among Adults 18-34

UniMás Delivers Year-Over-Year Primetime Audience Growth For 24th Straight Week Among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34

UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of April 6, 2020 to April 12, 2020

  • On Saturday night, UniMás out-delivered ABC (+95% adv.), CBS (+100% adv.), NBC (+44% adv.), FOX (+141% adv.) and Telemundo (+33% adv.) by double to triple-digit margins among Adults 18-34 with a movie line-up that included “CineNight: Los Diez Mandamientos PT. 1” and “CineNight: Los Diez Mandamientos PT. 2”:
    • Delivered week-to-week double-digit audience growth to the network’s 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. time period among Total Viewers 2+ (+60% to 1.1 million), Adults 18-49 (+46% to 473,000) and Adults 18-34 (+67% to 199,000).
    • Increased the network’s 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. time slot by triple-digit margins among Total Viewers 2+ (+169%), Adults 18-49 (+148%) and Adults 18-34 (+232%) versus the same day last year.
    • With an average audience of 537,000 Adults 18-49, “Los Diez Mandamientos PT. 2” currently ranks as the highest-rated primetime feature film on the UniMás network in the current 2019/2020 season.
    • UniMás outperformed ABC (+14% adv.), CBS (+25% adv.), FOX (+87% adv.) and Telemundo (+36% adv.) by double-digits among Adults 18-49 for the entire night.
    • UniMás also finished ahead of FOX (+5% adv.) and Telemundo (+55% adv.) among Total Viewers 2+ on Saturday night.
  • On Sunday night, UniMás outperformed FOX (+5% adv.) and The CW (+370% adv.) for the entire night among Adults 18-34 with a line-up that included (“Cineplex: The Transporter” and “CineMás: Man on Fire”). UniMás also out-delivered The CW for the entire night by triple-digit margins among Total Viewers 2+ and Adults 18-49, marking the fourth consecutive Sunday that it has outperformed The CW across all key demos. The movie lineup increased the network’s 6:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. time period by double-digit margins week-to-week among Total Viewers 2+ (+6% to 822,000), Adults 18-49 (+10% to 415,000) and Adults 18-34 (+23% to 158,000).
    • UniMás’ 6:30pm airing of “Cineplex: The Transporter” outperformed FOX, Telemundo and The CW by double to triple-digit margins during the 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. time period among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34. The movie also increased the network’s 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. time slot by double-digits among Total Viewers 2+ (+19% to 923,000), Adults 18-49 (+27% to 463,000) and Adults 18-34 (+30% to 189,000) versus the previous Sunday.
  • UniMás delivered double-digit primetime audience growth week-over-week among Total Viewers 2+ (+28% to 581,000), Adults 18-49 (+25% to 279,000) and Adults 18-34 (+38% to 106,000).
  • UniMás outperformed The CW for the entire week during primetime with Total Viewers 2+ (+10% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+81% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+126% adv.), marking the twelfth and seventeenth consecutive week that it has outperformed The CW with Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34, respectively.
  • UniMás delivered double-digit primetime audience growth year-over-year among Total Viewers 2+ (+41%), Adults 18-49 (+40%) and Adults 18-34 (+25%), marking the 24th consecutive week of audience growth.
  • In the current 2019/2020 season, UniMás is averaging double-digit audience growth during primetime versus the previous season among Total Viewers 2+ (+40% to 512,000), Adults 18-49 (+46% to 247,000) and Adults 18-34 (+37% to 103,000).
  • Driven by the novela series, “Qué Culpa Tiene Fatmagül”, UniMás’ Monday to Friday 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. time period increased by double-digits versus the previous week among Total Viewers 2+ (+37% to 400,000), Adults 18-49 (+42% to 209,000) and Adults 18-34 (+34% to 67,000). The network’s Monday to Friday 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. time slot also grew by double-digit margins year-over-year among Total Viewers 2+ (+45%), Adults 18-49 (+79%) and Adults 18-34 (+37%) and out-delivered The CW for the entire week with Adults 18-49 (+6% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+10% adv.).
  • The special airing of “Maria” increased UniMás’ Monday to Friday 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. time period by double-digits week-to-week among Total Viewers 2+ (+20% to 388,000), Adults 18-49 (+12% to 193,000) and Adults 18-34 (+14% to 67,000). UniMás also outperformed The CW during the Monday to Friday 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. time slot among Adults 18-49 (+46% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+72% adv.) for the entire week. The network also delivered double-digit year-over-year audience growth to the time period among Total Viewers 2+ (+46%), Adults 18-49 (+71%) and Adults 18-34 (+29%).
  • UniMás’ weeknight reality series, “Vas Con Todo” delivered week-to-week audience growth among Total Viewers 2+ (+6% to 233,000) and Adults 18-34 (+10% to 44,000), marking its highest-rated weekly performance among Total Viewers 2+ in the current 2019/2020 season. The reality show also delivered audience growth year-over-year to the network’s Monday to Friday 10:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. time slot among Total Viewers 2+ (+19%), Adults 18-49 (+25% to 106,000) and Adults 18-34 (+38%).
  • UniMás outperformed the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV during primetime by triple-digit margins among Total Viewers 2+ (+121% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+200% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+186% adv.) for the entire week. UniMás is also out-delivering the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV during primetime by double to triple-digit margins in the current 2019/2020 season among all key demos.
