UniMás Outperforms The CW for 11th Straight Week During Primetime With Adults 18-49

UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of March 30, 2020 to April 5, 2020

  • UniMás delivered year-over-year double-digit audience growth among Total Viewers 2+ (+27% to 455,000), Adults 18-49 (+35% to 224,000) and Adults 18-34 (+10% to 77,000), marking the 23rd consecutive week of audience growth.
  • UniMás outperformed The CW for the entire week during primetime with Adults 18-49 (+59% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+75% adv.), marking the eleventh and sixteenth consecutive week that it has outperformed The CW with Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34, respectively.
  • In the current 2019/2020 season, UniMás is averaging double-digit audience growth during primetime versus the previous season among Total Viewers 2+ (+40% to 510,000), Adults 18-49 (+46% to 246,000) and Adults 18-34 (+39% to 103,000).
  • UniMás’ “Cineplex” outperformed The CW in the Monday to Friday 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. time slot among Adults 18-49 (+5% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+15% adv.) for the entire week. The “Cineplex” movie block also increased the network’s Monday to Friday 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. time period year-over-year among Adults 18-49 (+23% to 160,000) and Adults 18-34 (+2% to 54,000).
  • UniMás’ weeknight reality series, “Vas Con Todo” increased the network’s Monday to Friday 10:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. time slot by double-digit margins year-over-year among Total Viewers 2+ (+19% to 220,000), Adults 18-49 (+25% to 106,000) and Adults 18-34 (+14% to 40,000).
  • UniMás’ Saturday night line-up (“Cineplex: Maze Runner 2: Scorch Trials” and “CineNight: The Family”) delivered week-over-week double-digit audience growth to the network’s 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. time period among Total Viewers 2+ (+20% to 669,000), Adults 18-49 (+24% to 312,000) and Adults 18-34 (+44% to 112,000). The movie line-up also increased the network’s 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. time slot by double-digit margins versus the same day last year among Total Viewers 2+ (+72%), Adults 18-49 (+65%) and Adults 18-34 (+53%).
  • UniMás’ Sunday night line-up (“Cineplex: Kingsman: The Secret Service” and “CineMás: Clash of the Titans”) outperformed The CW by triple-digit margins among Total Viewers 2+ (+126% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+344% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+392% adv.) for the entire night, marking the seventeenth consecutive Sunday that it has outperformed The CW with Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34. The movie line-up also delivered audience growth to the network’s 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. time slot among Total Viewers 2+ (+15% to 790,000) and Adults 18-49 (+8% to 386,000) versus the previous Sunday. The movie line-up also delivered double-digit year-over-year audience growth to the network’s 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. time period among Total Viewers 2+ (+67%), Adults 18-49 (+54%) and Adults 18-34 (+12%).
  • UniMás out-delivered the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV during primetime among Total Viewers 2+ (+58% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+115% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+67% adv.) for the entire week. UniMás is also outperforming the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV during primetime by double to triple-digit margins in the current 2019/2020 season among all key demos.
