UniMás’ “Enamorándonos” Achieves Highest-Rated Weekly Performance With Total Viewers 2+, Positions Network Ahead of NBC and The CW in the Time Period on Thursday Night Among Adults 18-34
UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of February 10, 2020 to February 16, 2020
- UniMás “Enamorándonos” averaged its highest-rated weekly performance since its premiere with week-to-week audience gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+3% to 759,000), marking the fourth consecutive week of audience growth.
- “Enamorándonos” positioned Univision ahead of NBC (+15% adv.) and The CW (+115% adv.) in the 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. time period on Thursday night among Adults 18-34.
- The reality series drew in more Adults 18-34 than first-run episodes of CBS’s “Carol’s Second Act,” “NCIS: New Orleans” and “Tommy,” NBC’s “Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist,” “Will & Grace” and “Indebted,” and The CW’s “All American,” “Riverdale,” “Legacies,” “Black Lightning,” “Batwoman,” “Supergirl,” “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow” and “Katy Keene.”
- UniMás delivered double-digit year-over-year audience growth during primetime among Total Viewers 2+ (+62% to 596,000), Adults 18-49 (+74% to 287,000) and Adults 18-34 (+70% to 124,000), marking the seventeenth consecutive week of audience growth.
- UniMás out-delivered The CW in primetime with double-digit audience advantages among Adults 18-49 (+14% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+32% adv.), marking the fourth and ninth consecutive week it has outperformed The CW with Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34, respectively.
- On Sunday night, UniMás out-delivered The CW for the entire night with double-digit audience advantages among Adults 18-49 (+12% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+47% adv.) with a line-up that included “Cineplex: Man On Fire” and “CineMás: Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit,” marking the tenth consecutive Sunday that it has outperformed The CW.
- In the current 2019/2020 season, UniMás is averaging double-digit audience growth versus comparable dates in the previous season among Total Viewers 2+ (+37% to 489,000), Adults 18-49 (+42% to 235,000) and Adults 18-34 (+35% to 100,000).
- UniMás’ weeknight late prime program, “Sin Miedo a La Verdad S2” increased its audience week-to-week among Adults 18-49 (+5% to 85,000) and Adults 18-34 (+10% to 43,000).
- Driven by Saturday night’s movie line-up including, “Cinenight: The Losers” and “Cinenight: Horrible Bosses,” UniMás delivered more Adults 18-34 than ABC (+48% adv.) and CBS (+5% adv.) for the entire night.
- UniMás attracted more Total Viewers 2+ (+206% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+363% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+490% adv.) than the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV during primetime.
