UniMás Delivers Year-Over-Year Primetime Audience Growth For Sixteenth Consecutive Week Across All Key Demos

UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of February 3, 2020 to February 9, 2020

  • On Sunday night, UniMás’ movie line-up including, “Cineplex: Predators” and “CineMás: Taken 3”:
    • Made UniMás a top-rated broadcast network for the entire night with Adults 18-34, out-delivering FOX (+57% adv.), NBC (+56% adv.), CBS (+9% adv.), The CW (+503% adv.) and Telemundo (+11% adv.).
    • UniMás also outperformed The CW with triple-digit audience advantages among Total Viewers 2+ (+129% adv.) and Adults 18-49 (+290% adv.).
    • Marked the ninth consecutive Sunday night UniMás outperformed The CW across all key demos.
    • Week-to-week double-digit audience gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+52% to 879,000), Adults 18-49 (+49% to 421,000) and Adults 18-34 (+48% to 187,000) to the network’s 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. time period.
    • Additionally, “CineMás: Taken 3” attracted more Adults 18-49 than the airing of Telemundo’s “Exatlón Estados Unidos” (+3% adv.; 480,000 vs. 466,000) as well as more Adults 18-34 (+23% adv.; 224,000 vs. 182,000). The movie presentation also attracted more Adults 18-49 (+10% adv.; 480,000 vs. 438,000) and Adults 18-34 (+45% adv.; 224,000 vs. 155,000) than Telemundo’s “La Voz II.”
  • UniMás’ “Enamorándonos” averaged its highest-rated weekly performance since its premiere with week-to-week audience gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+1% to 738,000), Adults 18-49 (+1% to 365,000) and Adults 18-34 (+6% to 159,000), marking the fourth consecutive week of audience growth with Total Viewers 2+ and third consecutive week with Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.
  • This week marked the fifth consecutive week (since returning from a two-week hiatus on January 6th) that “Enamorandonos” surpasses the 300,000 Adults 18-49 for the entire week in the current season.
  • The reality series drew in more Adults 18-34 than first-run episodes of NBC’s “Lincoln Rhyme: Hunt for the Bone Collector,” “Will & Grace” and “Indebted,” The CW’s “Riverdale,” “All American,” “Black Lightning,” “Nancy Drew,” “Charmed,” “Dynasty,” “Legacies” and “Katy Keene,” and Telemundo’s “La Voz II.”
  • On Tuesday night, “Enamorándonos” outperformed ABC (+1% adv.) and CBS (+2% adv.) among Adults 18-34. The reality program also attracted more Adults 18-34 than NBC (+10% adv.) and The CW (+182% adv.) on Friday night.
    • UniMás delivered its highest-rated weekly performance during primetime in the current 2019/2020 season with 638,000 Total Viewers 2+ and 135,000 Adults 18-34.
    • UniMás delivered double-digit year-over-year audience growth during primetime among Total Viewers 2+ (+59% to 638,000), Adults 18-49 (+56% to 307,000) and Adults 18-34 (+41% to 135,000), marking the sixteenth consecutive week of audience growth.
    • For the entire week, UniMás delivered week-over-week audience growth during primetime among Total Viewers 2+ (+8% to 638,000), Adults 18-49 (+6% to 307,000) and Adults 18-34 (+11% to 135,000).
    • In the current 2019/2020 season, UniMás is averaging double-digit audience growth versus comparable dates in the previous season among Total Viewers 2+ (+36% to 483,000), Adults 18-49 (+41% to 232,000) and Adults 18-34 (+32% to 98,000).
    • UniMás out-delivered The CW in primetime with double-digit audience advantages among Adults 18-49 (+27% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+53% adv.), marking the third and eighth consecutive week it has outperformed the network with Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34, respectively.
    • In its premiere week, UniMás’ weeknight late prime program, “Sin Miedo A La Verdad S2” averaged 168,000 Total Viewers 2+, 79,000 Adults 18-49 and 38,000 Adults 18-34.
    • On Saturday night, UniMás’ movie line-up including, “Cinenight: Pixels” and “Cineplex: Poseidon;” delivered more Adults 18-34 than CBS (+25% adv.) for the entire night.
    • UniMás attracted more Total Viewers 2+ (+189% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+339% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+463% adv.) than the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV during primetime.
