UniMás’ “Enamorándonos” Delivers Week-Over-Week Audience Growth Among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34

 

UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of September 16, 2019 to September 22, 2019

  • UniMás’ “Enamorándonos” delivered more Adults 18-49 (+5% to 106,000) and Adults 18-34 (+2% to 44,000) than its premiere week.
  • UniMás finished the 2018/2019 season as the youngest broadcast network in primetime, regardless of language, with a 44 median age.
  • UniMás finished the 2018/2019 season as the No. 3 Spanish-language network, out-delivering Azteca and Estrella TV combined audience by double-digit margins in primetime among Total Viewers 2+ (+16% adv.; 371,000 vs. 319,000), Adults 18-49 (+44% adv.; 170,000 to 118,000) and Adults 18-34 (+45% adv.; 71,000 vs. 49,000).
  • For the entire week, UniMás delivered an average audience of 274,000 Total Viewers 2+, 123,000 Adults 18-49 and 53,000 Adults 18-34 during primetime.
  • On Wednesday night, UniMás outperformed The CW for the entire night by double-digit margins among Adults 18-34 (+44% adv.) with the special live coverage of “Leagues Cup 2019 Tigres UANL vs. Cruz Azul.”
    • Tigres UANL vs. Cruz Azul delivered triple-to-quadruple-digit audience growth to the network’s 10:30 p.m. to 12:45 a.m. time period versus the previous week among Total Viewers 2+ (+480% to 644,000), Adults 18-49 (+815% to 375,000) and Adults 18-34 (+1488% to 127,000). The match also out-delivered The CW’s first-run episode of “Hypnotize Me” among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.
  • Driven by Saturday night’s movie line-up including, “Cineplex: The Bank Job” and “Cineplex: Swelter,” UniMás increased its Saturday 8:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. time period week-to-week among Adults 18-34 (+2% to 83,000).
  • On Sunday night, UniMás out-delivered The CW for the entire night with double-digit audience advantages among Adults 18-34 (+29% adv.; 76,000 vs. 59,000) with a line-up that included “Major League Soccer 2019 FC Dallas vs. New York City FC,” “Cine De Las Estrellas: Crank 2: High Voltage” and “Cine De Las Estrellas: Pistol Whipped,” marking the third consecutive Sunday that it has outperformed The CW among Adults 18-34.
