UniMás’ Weeknight “Cineplex” Movie Line-up Delivers Double-Digit Week-Over-Week Audience Growth Among All Key Demos

- UniMás’ weeknight primetime “Cineplex” movie line-up of “The Last Stand,” “Super 8,” “The Bourne Ultimatum” and “Gravity” delivered double-digit audience gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+15% to 267,000), Adults 18-49 (+22% to 137,000) and Adults 18-34 (+49% to 64,000) versus the previous week.
- For the entire week, UniMás delivered week-over-week audience growth during primetime among Adults 18-34 (+3% to 68,000).
- UniMás’ 10 p.m. comedy block increased its audience by double-digits week-to-week among Adults 18-34 (+19% to 31,000) with a line-up that included “Vecinos” on Monday, “Mi Lista De Exes” on Tuesday, “Renta Congelada” on Wednesday, “Simon Dice” on Thursday and “40 Y 20” on Friday.
- Driven by Saturday night’s movie line-up including “Cineplex: Kingsman: The Secret Service” and “Cineplex: Spy,” UniMás increased its Saturday 6:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. time period week-to-week by double-digit margins among Total Viewers 2+ (+42% to 545,000), Adults 18-49 (+48% to 257,000) and Adults 18-34 (+34% to 107,000).
- UniMás’ Sunday night “Cine de Las Estrellas” movie line-up of “Smokin’ Aces” and “The Dark Knight Rises” averaged more Adults 18-34 (+20% to 98,000) to the network’s 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. time period versus the prior week.
- UniMás attracted more Total Viewers 2+ (+18% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+71% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+84% adv.) than the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV during primetime.
