For Second Consecutive Week, UniMás Delivers Week-To-Week Audience Growth During Primetime Across All Key Demos

UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of August 20, 2018 to August 26, 2018

For the second consecutive week, UniMás increased its audience by double-digits during primetime among Total Viewers 2+ (+34% to 379,000), Adults 18-49 (+41% to 186,000), and Adults 18-34 (+49% to 85,000) versus the previous week.

UniMás’ Adventure Reality Competition Series, “Reto 4 Elementos: Naturaleza Extrema” averaged +11% more Adults 18-34 (59,000) compared to the prior week.

Tuesday night’s live coverage of the “Liga MX” match-up between Guadalajara and Necaxa increased UniMás 10:00pm to 12:00am time-period by triple-digit margins among Total Viewers 2+ (+169% to 377,000), Adults 18-49 (+184% to 207,000), and Adults 18-34 (+139% to 79,000) versus the previous Tuesday.

UniMás’ live broadcast of the “Liga MX” soccer match between León and América delivered more Total Viewers 2+ (+8% to 407,000), Adults 18-49 (+29% to 236,000), and Adults 18-34 (+11% to 99,000) to the 8:00pm to 10:00pm time slot compared to the prior Wednesday.

Friday night’s live coverage of the “Liga MX” showdown between Atlas and Guadalajara tripled UniMás’ 10:00pm to 12:00am time-period among Total Viewers 2+ (+127% to 549,000), Adults 18-49 (+155% to 321,000), and Adults 18-34 (+228% to 131,000) versus the previous Friday.

With Saturday’s night’s movie line-up that included “Cine Cantinflas: El Bombero Atómico” and “Cineplex: X-Men: First Class,” UniMás increased its Saturday 7:00pm-11:30pm time-period week-to-week by double-digit margins among Total Viewers 2+ (+14% to 489,000), Adults 18-49 (+14% to 189,000), and Adults 18-34 (+66% to 98,000).

Sunday’s movie airing of “Cine de las Estrellas: Rio 2” increased UniMás’ 6:30pm-8:30pm time slot by triple-digit margins among Total Viewers 2+ (+156% to 606,000), Adults 18-49 (+237% to 310,000), and Adults 18-34 (+165% to 135,000) versus the previous Sunday.

Airing from 8:30pm to 11:00pm, Sunday night’s marathon of “Reto 4 Elementos: Naturaleza Extrema” reported double-to-triple digit audience growth to the time-period among Total Viewers 2+ (+97% to 430,000), Adults 18-49 (+96% to 212,000), and Adults 18-34 (+127% to 111,000) compared to the previous Sunday.

UniMás attracted more Total Viewers 2+ (+8% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+40% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+63% adv.) than the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV during primetime.
