“Premios Juventud” Expands A-List Lineup with More Superstars Including Anitta, Becky G, CNCO, Gloria Trevi, Pitbull, and R.K.M.
The Mega Popular Band CNCO Will Kick Off a New Era from PJ’s Stage
Chiquis Rivera and Sebastián Yatra Join as Hosts of the Awaited Summer Celebration on Thursday, July 22
MIAMI – JULY 15, 2021 – Univision’s “Premios Juventud” (Youth Awards / PJ), summer’s most awaited celebration, today added more Latin music superstars to its A-list lineup and revealed the name of the additional hosts joining the show. For the first time, Chiquis, the regional Mexican superstar and Latin GRAMMY® winner (2020 Best Banda Album) will host the star-studded show alongside Latin sensation Sebastián Yatra, host of last year’s show, and Univision’s personality Alejandra Espinoza. #PremiosJuventud will air live on Thursday, July 22, starting with the popular pre-show “PJ Takeover” at 7 p.m. ET on Univision.
After announcing a diverse lineup of Latin music heavyweights, “Premios Juventud” continues to expand its slate of memorable moments adding more surprise performances, PJ only collabs, world premieres, and a historic moment for a fan-favorite band. The recently added performing artists include:
- Anitta: The world sensation will perform for the very first time on TV her recent hit Todo o Nada,” with Anitta and Lunay have two nominations each.
- Axel Rulay: The up-and-coming artist will perform along Farruko and El Alfa their collab “Si Es Trucho Es Trucho,” for the first time on TV. El Alfa has one nomination and Farruko has five.
- Becky G: The hitmaker returns to PJ to perform for the first time on TV her single “Fulanito,” with El Alfa. Becky G has three nominations.
- Brray: For the first time the rising urban star will take PJ’s stage. Brray has one nomination.
- Chencho Corleone: The popular reggaeton artist will perform “Vudu” with
- CNCO: It’s the beginning of a new era for the mega popular band and they will kick it off on the PJ’s stage. CNCO has three nominations.
- Gloria Trevi: Latin music icon and multi-platinum artist Gloria Trevi is set to grace the #PremiosJuventud stage with the historic world premiere of her new single. Gloria Trevi has one nomination.
- N’Klabe, Peter Nieto, and K.M.: The new generation of Cuban and Puerto Rican salsa will bring their rhythm to “PJ Takeover” to perform their hit collab “Jugaste a Perderme.” N’Klabe has one nomination.
- Nio Garcia: After his mega hit “Te Boté,” the urban star returns to PJ with an exclusive collaboration. Nio Garcia has one nomination.
- Pitbull, IAmChino, and Omar Courtz: The worldwide star, entrepreneur, and philanthropist will light up the stage with a vibrant performance of “Ten Cuidado,” alongside El Alfa, Farruko, IAmChino, and Omar Courtz (in his first PJ appearance). IamChino and Farruko will also perform their new collab, “Pepas.” In another PJ exclusive moment, the popular Mr. Worldwide will tease his next single, “I Feel Good,” to be released on August 20th to kick off his tour.
Borja Voces will bring fans the latest from backstage and Kiara Liz, Univision’s “Quién Es La Máscara” backstage host, will join Gabriel Coronel, Jomari Goyso, Roberto Hernández, Clarissa Molina, and Fátima Molina, as a “PJ Takeover” host.

El muy popular grupo CNCO iniciará una nueva era en el escenario de PJ
Chiquis Rivera y Sebastián Yatra se sumarán a la muy esperada celebración veraniega como conductores el jueves, 22 de julio
MIAMI –15 DE JULIO DE 2021– Premios Juventud” de Univision, la celebración más esperada del verano, agregó hoy más superestrellas de la música latina a su grupo de artistas de primera y reveló los nombres de conductores adicionales que se unirán al show. Por primera vez, Chiquis, la superestrella de música regional mexicana y ganadora del Latin GRAMMY® (Mejor Álbum de Música Banda de 2020), conducirá el estelar show con la sensación latina Sebastián Yatra, conductor del espectáculo del año pasado, y la personalidad de Univision Alejandra Espinoza. #PremiosJuventud se trasmitirá en vivo el jueves, 22 de julio, comenzando con el popular programa de antesala “PJ Takeover” a las 7 p.m. Este por Univision.
Tras anunciar un grupo diverso de grandes figuras de la música latina, “Premios Juventud” continúa ampliando su programa con momentos memorables y ha agregado más actuaciones sorpresa, colaboraciones únicas que solo se podrán ver en PJ, estrenos mundiales y un momento histórico para uno de los grupos favorito de los fans. Entre los artistas que se acaban de añadir están:
- Anitta: La sensación mundial interpretará por primera vez en la televisión su éxito reciente “Todo o nada” con Anitta y Lunay tienen dos nominaciones cada uno.
- Axel Rulay: El nuevo artista presentará de lado de Farruko y El Alfa su colaboración “Si es trucho es trucho” por primera vez en la televisión. El Alfa tiene una nominación, y Farruko tiene cinco.
- Becky G: La exitosa cantante volverá a PJ para entonar por primera vez en televisión su sencillo “Fulanito” con El Alfa. Becky G tiene tres nominaciones.
- Brray: Por primera vez, la nueva estrella de música urbana participará en PJ. Brray tiene una nominación.
- Chencho Corleone: El popular artista de reguetón cantará “Vudu” con

- Gloria Trevi: Icono de la música latina y merecedora de varios discos platino, Gloria Trevi presentará en el escenario de #PremiosJuventud el histórico estreno mundial de su nuevo sencillo. Gloria Trevi tiene una nominación.
- N’Klabe, Peter Nieto yK.M.: La nueva generación de salsa cubana y puertorriqueña llevará su ritmo a “PJ Takeover” al presentar su exitosa colaboración “Jugaste a perderme”. N’Klabe tiene una nominación.
- Nio García: Tras su enorme éxito “Te boté”, la estrella urbana vuelve a PJ con una colaboración exclusiva. Nio García tiene una nominación.
- Pitbull, IAmChino y Omar Courtz: La estrella mundial, como también empresario y filántropo, brillará en el escenario con una dinámica presentación de “Ten cuidado” con El Alfa, Farruko, IAmChino y Omar Courtz (quien participará por primera vez en PJ). IamChino y Farruko también ofrecerán su nueva colaboración, “Pepas”. En otro momento exclusivo de PJ, el popular Mr. Worldwide ofrecerá un poco de su nuevo sencillo, “I Feel Good”, que saldrá el 20 de agosto para iniciar su gira.
Borja Voces presentará a los fans lo último desde detrás del escenario, y Kiara Liz, la conductora entre bambalinas de “Quién es la máscara” de Univision, se unirá como conductora de “PJ Takeover” a Gabriel Coronel, Jomari Goyso, Roberto Hernández, Clarissa Molina y Fátima Molina.
