Univision’s TUDN Unveils Guaynaa’s “Fútbol a la Gente” featuring Los Ángeles Azules as the Official “Summer of Champions” Anthem
MIAMI – JUNE 11, 2021 – TUDN, the multimedia sports brand and sports network of Univision Communications Inc. and Grupo Televisa, Uforia, the Home of Latin Music, and Universal Music Latin Entertainment today unveiled the musical anthem that fanáticos will sing during the “Summer of Champions,” “Fútbol a la gente.” The song, performed by Puerto Rican sensation Guaynaa, featuring the beloved Mexican cumbia band Los Ángeles Azules, is a remix of the recently launched hit “Cumbia a la gente.”
TUDN’s “Summer of Champions” unprecedented coverage features more than 120 soccer matches in 90 days, including the Euro 2020, Copa América 2021, CONCACAF Gold Cup, among other elite tournaments.

The anthem, written by Guaynaa with musical arrangements by Los Ángeles Azules, leverages Cumbia’s resurgence and its broader appeal to Hispanic audiences. “Fútbol a la gente” will stream during the summer on Uforia radio stations across the country. The song will also be the official “Summer of Champions” anthem for TUDN in Mexico.
“I have been a fútbol fan my whole life, and I was very excited when TUDN asked us to make a new version of my song for its soccer coverage this summer. I can’t wait for everyone to enjoy this upbeat song featuring my friends, Mexican legends, Los Ángeles Azules,” said Guaynaa.

MIAMI –11 DE JUNIO DE 2021– TUDN, la marca deportiva en medios múltiples y cadena deportiva de Univision Communications Inc., y Grupo Televisa, Uforia, the Home of Latin Music, y Universal Music Latin Entertainment hoy dieron a conocer el himno que los fanáticos cantarán durante el “Verano de Campeones”, “Fútbol a la gente”. La canción, interpretada por el sensacional artista puertorriqueño Guaynaa con el popular grupo de cumbia mexicana Los Ángeles Azules, es una remezcla del éxito recién lanzado “Cumbia a la gente”.
La cobertura sin precedente durante el “Verano de Campeones” por TUDN incluirá más de 120 partidos de fútbol en 90 días, entre ellos torneos de primera como Euro 2020, Copa América 2021 y la Copa Oro de la CONCACAF.
