Farruko, Sebastián Yatra and Mau y Ricky, with 3 nominations each, join previously announced A-listers scheduled to perform
PJ to feature record number of today’s hottest emerging artists performing for the first time on Univision
MIAMI – JUNE 20, 2019 – Promising the most extensive lineup of musical artists, Univision’s “Premios Juventud” (Youth Awards) is adding more names to the already long list of performers set to inspire, motivate and lead the change on Thursday, July 18, live from Watsco Center in Miami, starting with the “PJ Takeover” at 7 p.m. ET/PT (6 p.m. CT).
Joining the impressive lineup of previously announced artists confirmed to join the celebration are:
- Farruko, nominated in three categories, will perform numbers from his latest hit album “Gangalee.”
- Sebastián Yatra, with three nominations, will be joined by 1st time nominee Argentine actress and pop singer Tini to perform their hit song “Cristina” for the first time on U.S. television.
- Mau y Ricky, also nominated in three categories, will create a PJ musical moment especially for their fans.
Further solidifying its position as Latin Music’s premier platform for presenting today’s hottest emerging artists, taking to the PJ stage for their first time are:
- Urban music artists Lunay, singing his hit single “Soltera;”
- Lenny Tavarez, Feid and Rafa Pabón will join Dalex, Sech and Cazzu in the world premiere performance of the “Pa’ Mi” remix;
- Eladio Carrión, and Lyanno, both nominated in La Nueva Generación Urbana (The New Urban Generation) category will rock the house with two of their streaming hits.
Additionally, two of today’s hottest Urban music producers, frequent collaborators and 1st time PJ nominees, Chris Jeday and Gaby Music, will join forces to create a special hot Urban musical moment exclusively for the PJ broadcast.
As previously announced, the four-hour musical special will kick-off live with the “PJ Takeover,” at 7 p.m. ET/PT (6 p.m. CT) hosted by Borja Voces and Clarissa Molina, followed by “Premios Juventud Award Show” hosted by CNCO, Lali and Alejandra Espinoza.

PJ tendrá un número récord de los artistas más populares de la actualidad, que se presentarán por primera vez en Univision
MIAMI – 20 DE JUNIO DE 2019 – En lo que promete ser el grupo más grande de artistas en “Premios Juventud”, Univision está agregando más nombres a la ya larga lista de estrellas que van a inspirar, motivar y empoderar el cambio, el jueves, 18 de julio, en vivo desde Watsco Center de Miami, empieza el “PJ Takeover” a las 7 p.m. Este/Pacífico (6 p.m. Centro).
Además del impresionante grupo de artistas que anunciaron previamente su participación, hoy confirmaron que se unirán a la celebración:
- Farruko, nominado en tres categorías, cantará temas del exitoso álbum que acaba de lanzar “Gangalee”.
- Sebastián Yatra, con tres nominaciones, y Tinila cantante pop y actriz argentina nominada por primera vez, interpretarán su éxito “Cristina”, en estreno para la televisión en Estados Unidos.
- Mau y Ricky, también nominados en tres categorías, crearán un momento musical para PJ especialmente para sus fans.
Solidificando aún más su posición como la principal plataforma de la Música Latina, se presentarán en el escenario de PJ los artistas emergentes más populares de hoy por primera vez:
- Los artistas de música urbana Lunay, cantando su éxito “Soltera;”
- Lenny Tavarez, Feid y Rafa Pabón se unen a Dalex, Sech y Cazzu en el estreno mundial de la versión re-mix de “Pa’ Mi”;
- Eladio Carrión y Lyanno, ambos nominados en la categoría La Nueva Generación Urbana, encenderán el escenario con dos de sus éxitos.
