MIAMI, FL. – AUGUST 7, 2023- Univision announced that the highly anticipated drama MINAS DE PASIÓN starring beloved actress Livia Brito (LA DESALMADA, MUJER DE NADIE) and Osvaldo de León (PERDONA NUESTROS PECADOS) is set to premiere on August 29 at 10p/9c. The telenovela will capture the hearts of audiences in the U.S. with a captivating story that centers around strong-willed women in a man’s world, prejudice of social status, and the powerful meaning of true love.
MINAS DE PASIÓN tells the story of a brave woman Emilia Sánchez (Livia Brito) who is a single mother that works hard to provide and protect her family in the beautiful town of San Lorenzo. Emilia has strong family values and a good heart but the owner of the mine where she works, Roberta Villamizar (Anette Michel,) is an evil vengeful woman who is out to get her. Leonardo Santamaría (Osvaldo de Leon,) is a millionaire who falls in love with Emilia, but his “mother” Roberta is Emilia’s enemy and will stop at nothing to keep Emilia from telling the world all her wrongdoings at the mine.
The drama also features renowned actors Cynthia Klitbo, Cesar Evora, Alejandro Camacho, Zaira Pérez, Sara Quintana, Rodrigo Murray, Aleida Cervantes, and Karyme Lozano among others.

MIAMI, FLORIDA – 7 DE AGOSTO DE 2023- Univision anunció que el anticipado drama MINAS DE PASIÓN, protagonizado por la querida actriz Livia Brito (LA DESALMADA, MUJER DE NADIE) y Osvaldo de León (PERDONA NUESTROS PECADOS) se estrenará el 29 de agosto, a las 10 hora del Pacífico y 9 hora del centro. La telenovela capturará los corazones de las audiencias en EE.UU. con una historia imperdible que se enfoca en mujeres de voluntad fuerte en un mundo de hombres, el prejuicio del estatus social y el amor verdadero.
MINAS DE PASIÓN cuenta la historia de Emilia Sánchez (Livia Brito), una mujer valiente que es madre soltera y que trabaja arduamente para mantener y proteger a su familia en el hermoso pueblo de San Lorenzo. Emilia tiene fuertes valores familiares y un buen corazón, pero la dueña de la mina donde trabaja, Roberta Villamizar (Anette Michel), es una mujer malvada y vengativa que quiere destruirla. Leonardo Santamaría (Osvaldo de León) es un millonario que se enamora de Emilia, pero su “madre” Roberta es enemiga de Emilia y hará hasta lo imposible para evitar que Emilia le cuente al mundo todos los actos indebidos que lleva a cabo en la mina.
