MIAMI, FL. – APRIL 3, 2023 – Leading up to this year’s LATIN AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS (LATIN AMAs), UniMás will air LATIN AMAs LEGACY, a one-hour special hosted by Clarissa Molina that will take viewers to Colombia and Mexico, the home countries of two of Latin music’s greatest artists and 2023 LATIN AMAs Legacy honorees Carlos Vives and Pepe Aguilar. During the show, fans will have a once in a lifetime opportunity of winning an autographed Epiphone guitar by the legendary stars, simply by scanning the QR code on screen. Airing on April 4 at 7p/6c, the UniMás special will feature exclusive performances by Aguilar and Vives and will give fans an intimate look at the men behind the music.
Univision’s first-ever LATIN AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS will honor Carlos Vives and Pepe Aguilar with a Latin AMAs Legacy recognition this year. The special honor is one of the highest given by the annual awards ceremony to those artists who not only have an impeccable musical career, but also with their work and actions constitute a legacy for the following generations.
The 2023 LATIN AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS will simulcast on Univision, UniMás, and Galavisión on April 20 at 7p/6c.
