MIAMI, FL – JANUARY 17, 2023 – Today, Univision announced important dates for the 35th anniversary of the first music award show of the year PREMIO LO NUESTRO. Under the theme “El Mundo Es Lo Nuestro,” (The World Is Ours) the renowned award show that celebrates the legacy and widespread impact of Latin Music is set to take place on Thursday, February 23 at 8 p.m. ET/ 7 p.m. CT at Miami-Dade Arena with pre-show NOCHE DE ESTRELLAS initiating the gala at 7 p.m. ET/ 6 p.m. CT. In true PREMIO LO NUESTRO fashion, viewers will be taken on an epic musical journey with memorable moments from a well-rounded line-up of artists who represent the music of yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
This year, the highly coveted nominations will be revealed on Monday, January 23 on Univision’s DESPIERTA AMERICA and the official PREMIO LO NUESTRO Instagram account @PremioLoNuestro, leaving it to the fans to vote for their favorite artists and songs.
Since its inception in 1989, PREMIO LO NUESTRO has served as a global platform for Hispanic artists and has set the trend for what is to come in music, culture, and fashion. Every year, the internationally recognized award show hosts the biggest names in entertainment under one roof to honor the legacy of Latin Music with the most prestigious recognition being Premio Lo Nuestro a la Excelencia, previously awarded to iconic figures such as Juan Gabriel, Celia Cruz, Ricky Martin, Luis Miguel, Alejandro Sanz, Vicente Fernández, Juan Luis Guerra and Marc Anthony, among others.

MIAMI, FL – 17 DE ENERO DE 2023 – Univision anunció hoy fechas importantes por el 35° aniversario de la primera premiación musical del año, PREMIO LO NUESTRO. Bajo el lema “El mundo es lo nuestro”, la renombrada entrega de galardones que celebra el legado y el impacto global de la música latina se llevará a cabo el jueves 23 de febrero a las 8 p.m. hora del este y 7 p.m hora del centro desde Miami-Dade Arena, mientras que la antesala NOCHE DE ESTRELLAS, dará inicio a la gala a las 7 p.m. hora del este y 6 p.m. hora del centro. Al más puro estilo de PREMIO LO NUESTRO, los espectadores emprenderán un épico viaje musical con momentos memorables de la mano de un fantástico conjunto de artistas que representan la música de ayer, hoy y mañana.
Este año, las codiciadas nominaciones se darán a conocer el lunes 23 de enero en DESPIERTA AMERICA de Univision y por la cuenta oficial de Premio Lo Nuestro en Instagram @PremioLoNuestro. Serán los fanáticos quienes eligen a los ganadores votando por sus artistas y canciones favoritas.
