For the Second Consecutive Week, UniMás Delivered Double-Digit Audience Growth in Primetime Versus the Comparable Week in 2017 Across Key Demos
UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of June 18, 2018 to June 24, 2018
For the second consecutive week, UniMás increased its audience by double-digits during primetime among Total Viewers 2+ (+15% to 433,000), Adults 18-49 (+29% to 223,000) and Adults 18-34 (+42% to 93,000) versus the same week in 2017.
UniMás “República Mundialista” in the weeknight 10:00pm to 12:00am block averaged 229,000 Total Viewers 2+, 123,000 Adults 18-49 and 53,000 Adults 18-34 in its first full week performance (Monday thru Friday). Versus comparable nights in 2017, the sports newscast drew in more Total Viewers 2+ (+70%), Adults 18-49 (+73%) and Adults 18-34 (+138%) to the network’s time period.
UniMás averaged more Adults 18-34 (+19% adv.; 132,000 vs. 111,000) than CW’s Monday to Friday primetime average from 8:00pm-10:00pm last week.
UniMàs attracted more Total Viewers 2+ (+19% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+79% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+90% adv.) than the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV during primetime.
In the current 2017/2018 season, UniMás continues to average more Total Viewers 2+ (+3% to 710,000) in primetime versus comparable weeks in the 2016/2017 season.
