Univision Los Angeles Wins the February 2018 Sweep, Ranks No. 1 in Primetime, Early, Late and Midday News in the Southland Among Adults 18-49, Regardless of Language

LOS ANGELES – MARCH 2, 2018 – Univision’s local television station in Los Angeles delivered major wins in key demographics during the February sweep. KMEX ranked No. 1 in Primetime entertainment and Total Day when excluding the Super Bowl and 2018 Winter Olympics, among Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54, beating out ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX’s regular programming. Univision also ranked No. 1 in Early Local News and Late Local News, which broadcasts on KMEX and KFTR, among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34, regardless of language. Additionally, KMEX led in Midday Local News among Adults 18-49, regardless of language.

Univision stations wrapped up the February sweep as the No. 1 or No. 2 choice for Early Local News, regardless of language, among Adults 18-49 in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Houston, Dallas, Chicago, San Francisco, Phoenix and Sacramento. In Late Local News, Univision and UniMás stations combined delivered the No. 1 or No. 2 broadcast among Adults 18-49 in Los Angeles, Miami, Houston, Dallas and Phoenix. Univision stations in Los Angeles, Miami, Houston and San Francisco had the No. 1 Midday Local News among Adults 18-49, regardless of language.
