UniMás Delivered Year-Over-Year Audience Growth in Primetime Among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34

UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of January 8, 2018 to January 14, 2018
Last week, UniMás increased its audience during primetime among Total Viewers 2+ (+13% to 778,000), Adults 18-49 (+6% to 341,000) and Adults 18-34 (+5% to 132,000) compared to the same week in 2017.
UniMás’ 8pm series, “La Niña,” reported audience gains among Adults 18-49 (+6% to 200,000) and Adults 18-34 (+1% to 83,000) versus the prior week.
UniMás’ 9pm weeknight epic drama “La Tierra Prometida”:
- Averaged 1.1 Million Total Viewers 2+, 440,000 Adults 18-49 and 169,000 Adults 18-34 last week
- Reported audience gains to the time-period among Total Viewers 2+ (+113%), Adults 18-49 (+69%) and Adults 18-34 (+74%) versus the comparable week in 2017.
UniMás’ 10pm series, “Lady, La Vendedora de Rosas” increased its audience week-to-week among Total Viewers 2+ (+8% to 567,000), Adults 18-49 (+2% to 242,000) and Adults 18-34 (+3% to 97,000). It also drew in three times more Total Viewers 2+ as well as two times more Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34 to the network’s time-period compared to the same week in 2017.
On Saturday night, UniMás increased its Total Viewers 2+ (+23% to 756,000) and Adult 18-49 (+24% to 340,000) audience levels from the prior Saturday performance with a back-to-back movie line-up that included “Cine Cantinflas: El Bolero de Raquel” and “Cineplex Sat: Fight the Fight.”
Driven by its back-to-back movie line-up that included “Cine de las Estrellas Sun: The Protector” and “Cine de las Estrellas Sun 2: Live Free or Die Hard,” UniMás increased its audience week-to-week by double-digits among Total Viewers 2+ (+15% to 969,000), Adults 18-49 (+23% to 517,000) while also outperformed Telemundo by +5% among Total Viewers 2+, +36% among Adults 18-49 and +8% among Adults 18-34 on Sunday night.
UniMás, delivered on average, more viewers during broadcast prime than the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV among Total Viewers 2+ (+132% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+142% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+149% adv.).
