Univision was the No. 1 Spanish-language network for the third consecutive weekend, with significant advantages over its closest competitor among Total Viewers 2+ (+78%), Adults 18-49 (+96%) and Adults 18-34 (+109%).
- On Saturday night, airing back-to-back Liga MX soccer matches, Univision was the No. 1 Spanish-language network, more than doubling the viewership of its competitor among Total Viewers 2+ (+101%), Adults 18-49 (+133%) and Adults 18-34 (+177%).
- Univision was the No. 4 network, regardless of language, among Adults 18-49, beating CBS by +4%.
- Among Adults 18-34 Univision ranked No. 3, with double-digit advantages over both CBS (+40%) and ABC (+66%).
Univision solidified its position as the No. 1 Spanish-language network on Sunday night, reporting substantial advantages over its competitor with Total Viewers 2+ (+67%), Adults 18-49 (+76%) and Adults 18-34 (+76%). In fact, Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 15 programs for the night with Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.
- At 7pm, “Aquí y Ahora” (Here and Now), reported double-digit audience gains with 1.4 million Total Viewers 2+ (+10%) and 550,000 Adults 18-49 (+17%), as well as 230,000 Adults 18-34 (+46%) over its prior week performance.
- “Mira Quién Baila” (Look Who’s Dancing) maintained its position as No. 1 Spanish-language reality program for the week, growing its Adult 18-34 audience (+9% to 322,000) week-to-week and attracting 1.7 million Total Viewers 2+ and 732,000 Adults 18-49.
- Following at 10pm, season 2 of “El Chapo” reported double-digit growth over the previous week among Adults 18-49 (+10% to 569,000) and Adults 18-34 (+26% to 262,000).
Univision beat ABC (+16%) with Adults 18-34 for the fourth consecutive Friday night. In fact, Univision’s entire primetime series lineup ranked among the top 15 programs for the night with both Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.
Airing weekdays this past week…
- Univision was the No.1 Spanish-language network during the 8pm hour with Total Viewers 2+ (+6%), Adults 18-49 (+2%) and Adults 18-34 (+10%), beating its competitor across key demographics. Airing “Rosa de Guadalupe,” Univision grew the time-period over the previous week and attracted 1.5 million Total Viewers 2+ (+9%), 629,000 Adults 18-49 (+7%) and 280,000 Adults 18-34 (+1%).
- Univision’s 9pm series, “Mi Marido Tiene Familia” (My Husband Has Family), grew its audience week-to-week by +4% with Total Viewers 2+ (1.7 million), Adults 18-49 (721,000) and Adults 18-34 (332,000).
- In its second week on air, Univision’s new 10pm series “Caer en Tentación” (Into Temptation) attracted 1.4 million Total Viewers 2+, 579,000 Adults 18-49 and 266,000 Adults 18-34.
