UniMás Reports Fifth Consecutive Week of Year-Over-Year Audience Growth Among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34

Season To-Date Shows Double-Digit Audience Growth in All Three Demos Over Previous Season

Last week, UniMás registered double-digit audience gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+33% to 552,000), Adults 18-49 (+30% to 246,000) and Adults 18-34 (+21% to 91,000) versus comparable week in the 2016/2017 season.

  • Fueled by its highest rated telecast to-date on Tuesday, 10/24/17, among all three demos (1.2 million Total Viewers 2+, 465,000 Adults 18-49 and 185,000 Adults 18-34), UniMás’ weeknight 8pm epic drama “La Tierra Prometida,” grew its audience week-to-week among Total Viewers 2+ (+23% to 1,142,000), Adults 18-49 (+25% to 421,000) and Adults 18-34 (+12% to 145,000) also achieving its highest-rated weekly performance to-date.
  • UniMás’ 9pm series, “Totalmente Diva,” reported week-to-week audience gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+6% to 633,000) and Adults 18-49 (+3% to 273,000).
  • UniMás 10pm series, “Lady, La Vendedora Rosas” attracted significantly more viewers to the hour than the series airing in the comparable week in the 2016/2017 season among Total Viewers 2+ (+59% to 321,000), Adults 18-49 (+88% to 156,000) and Adults 18-34 (+75% to 70,000).

On Friday night, UniMás out-delivered CW for the second consecutive week among Total Viewers 2+ (+16% adv., 675,000 vs. 581,000).

Driven by its back-to-back movie lineup that included “Cine De Las Estrellas Sun: Tracers” and “Cine de las Estrellas Sun 2: Immortals,” UniMás reported week-to-week growth among Total Viewers 2+ (+4%) and Adults 18-49 (+14%). UniMás also delivered strong year-over-year audience growth among Total Viewers 2+ (+37% to 676,000), Adults 18-49 (+54% to 361,000) and Adults 18-34 (+21% to 135,000) on Sunday night from 7:00pm-11:00pm versus same week in the 2016/2017 season.

UniMás, delivered on average, more viewers during broadcast prime than the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV among Total Viewers 2+ (+65% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+86% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+82% adv.).
