Univision Beat ABC and NBC for the Third Consecutive Friday Night, Ranking No. 4 Among Adults 18-34

Univision was the No. 1 Spanish-language network for the second consecutive weekend, with double-digit advantages over its closest competitor among Total Viewers 2+ (+38%), Adults 18-49 (+33%) and Adults 18-34 (+13%).

  • On Saturday night Univision was the No. 1 Spanish-language network among Adults 18-49, out-delivering its competitor by +7%.
  • Univision solidified its position as the No. 1 Spanish-language network on Sunday night, reporting substantial advantages over its competitor with Total Viewers 2+ (+71%), Adults 18-49 (+51%) and Adults 18-34 (+36%).
    • “Mira Quién Baila” (Look Who’s Dancing) maintained its position No. 1 Spanish language reality program for the week, attracting 1.9 million Total Viewers 2+, 743,000 Adults 18-49 and 295,000 Adults 18-34.
    • Following at 10pm, season 2 of “El Chapo” averaged 1.1 million Total Viewers 2+, 516,000 Adults 18-49 and 208,000 Adults 18-34.

Univision was the No. 4 broadcast network with Adults 18-34 on Friday night, beating ABC (+21%) and NBC (+22%) for the third consecutive Friday. In fact, Univision’s entire primetime series lineup ranked among the top 15 programs for the night with both Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.

Airing the much anticipated Súper Clásico match between América and Guadalajara, Univision ranked as the No. 1 Spanish-language network on Wednesday night with Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34. The 10pm live soccer match attracted 1.1 million Adults 18-49 and 512,000 Adults 18-34.

Airing weekdays this past week…

  • Univision’s 8pm series, “Enamorándome de Ramón,” attracted 1.3 million Total Viewers 2+, 553,000 Adults 18-49 and 259,000 Adults 18-34.
  • Univision’s 9pm series, “Mi Marido Tiene Familia” (My Husband Has Family), averaged 1.6 million Total Viewers 2+, 694,000 Adults 18-49 and 318,000 Adults 18-34.
  • Univision’s new 10pm series, “Caer en Tentación” (Into Temptation), premiered to strong numbers with Total Viewers 2+ (+3% to 1.4 million), Adults 18-49 (+7% to 630,000) and Adults 18-34 (+11% to 277,000) compared to prior week series delivery in the 10pm hour.
