UniMás Continues to Report Year-Over-Year Audience Growth for the Fourth Consecutive Week Among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34

Week of October 16, 2017 to October 22, 2017

Last week, UniMás registered double-digit audience gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+30% to 625,000) and Adults 18-34 (+11% to 103,000) as well as +6% with Adults 18-49 (to 265,000) versus comparable week in the 2016/2017 season.

  • UniMás’ Epic Drama, “La Tierra Prometida,” airing weekdays at 8pm, grew week-to-week among Total Viewers 2+ (+3% to 927,000), Adults 18-49 (+7% to 336,000) and Adults 18-34 (+7% to 130,000), achieving its highest-rated weekly performance to-date.
  • UniMás’ 9pm Series, “Totalmente Diva,” saw triple-digit year-over-year audience gains to the network’s Monday through Friday 9pm hour among Total Viewers 2+ (+126% to 595,000), Adults 18-49 (+135% to 266,000) and Adults 18-34 (+140% to 96,000) from the comparable week in the 2016/2017 season.
  • UniMás 10pm Series, “Lady, La Vendedora Rosas,” attracted significantly more viewers to the hour versus comparable week in the 2016/2017 season among Total Viewers 2+ (+87%), Adults 18-49 (+69%) and Adults 18-34 (+113%).
  • On Friday night, UniMás out-delivered CW for the second consecutive week among Total Viewers 2+ (+4% adv., 624,000 vs. 601,000).

On Saturday night, UniMás’ lineup consisting of back-to-back movies, “El Gendarme Desconocido” and “Drive Angry,” led to double-digit gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+28%) and Adults 18-49 (+14%) versus the prior week.

Driven by its back-to-back movie lineup that included “Cine De Las Estrellas: Shark Night” and “Cine de las Estrellas: The Counselor,” UniMás posted strong year-over-year audience growth among Total Viewers 2+ (+41% to 649,000), Adults 18-49 (+25% to 318,000) and Adults 18-34 (+12% to 117,000) on Sunday night from 7:00pm-11:00pm versus same week in the 2016/2017 season.

UniMás, delivered on average, more viewers during broadcast prime than the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV among Total Viewers 2+ (+92% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+93% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+91% adv.).
