Close July with Top 2 Spanish-Language Radio Stations in Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, Las Vegas And San Diego
NEW YORK – AUGUST 8, 2016 – Univision Local Media today announced a strong ratings performance for its radio stations in leading markets across the country. Univision’s radio stations ranked No. 1 or No. 2 in morning drive in six top markets, regardless of language among Adults 18-49, including Los Angeles, Miami, Houston, Dallas, San Diego and Las Vegas. Additionally, Univision closed July with the No. 1 and No. 2 Spanish-language radio stations in Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, Las Vegas and San Diego among Adults 18-49 in Total Week.
10 stations ranked #1 in Total Week versus the Spanish-language competition in their respective markets among Adults 18-49: Los Angeles’ KLVE, Chicago’s WOJO, Miami’s WRTO, San Francisco’s KSOL, Houston’s KLTN, Dallas’ KLNO, Phoenix’s KHOT, San Antonio’s KROM, San Diego’s KLNV and Las Vegas’ KISF. In Houston, KLTN ranked as the No. 1 radio station among Adults 18-49, regardless of language, in Total Week. In Dallas, KLNO was the No. 2 radio station among Adults 18-49, regardless of language.

In Miami, “El Show de Enrique Santos” ranked as the No. 1 show regardless of language among total Adults 18-49.
“El Show de Raul Brindis” ranked as the No. 1 show in morning drive in Houston regardless of language and has remained the highest rated morning show month after month in the market for over 5 years.
Additionally, in 8 out of 10 PPM markets where it airs – Chicago, Dallas, Houston, San Francisco, San Antonio, San Diego, Phoenix and Las Vegas – “El Bueno, La Mala y El Feo” ranked as the No. 1 show among all Spanish-language stations. In San Diego, the morning show ranked No. 1 regardless of language among Adults 18-49.
