- Ranked as the No. 2 broadcast network among young Adults 18-34, outperforming CBS, NBC and FOX. Also, Univision ranked No. 3 among Adults 18-49, outperforming CBS and FOX.
- Saw week-to-week growth among Total Viewers 2+ (+15%), Adults 18-49 (+19%) and young Adults 18-34 (+22%).
- Attracted more viewers compared to the same week in 2015 (+20% Total Viewers 2+, +37% Adults 18-49 and +39% young Adults 18-34).
- Out-delivered one or more of the English-language broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, NBC or FOX) on five nights among young Adults 18-34.
Airing T-TH 8pm, “Un Camino Hacia el Destino” (A Path to Destiny) saw week-to-week growth among Total Viewers 2+ (+12% to 1.7 million), Adults 18-49 (+15% to 698,000) and young Adults 18-34 (+12% to 318,000).
Airing T-F 9pm, “Tres Veces Ana” (Three Times Ana) averaged 1.6 million Total Viewers 2+, 771,000 Adults 18-49 and 351,000 young Adults 18-34.
Finally, at 10pm (W-TH), “Yago” averaged 1.1 million Total Viewers 2+, 539,000 Adults 18-49 and 259,000 young Adults 18-34.
On Monday, airing two Copa America Centenario matches (both simulcast on UDN), Univision ranked as the No. 2 broadcast network among both young Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49, outperforming CBS, NBC and FOX in both demographics.
- Airing 7:30-10:05pm, México vs. Venezuela averaged 5.0 million Total Viewers 2+, 2.8 million Adults 18-49 and 1.3 million Adults 18-34.
- Airing 10:05pm-12:25am, Uruguay vs. Jamaica averaged 2.3 million Total Viewers 2+, 1.2 million Adults 18-49 and 578,000 young Adults 18-34.
On Tuesday, airing 10pm-12:25am, the match between Argentina and Bolivia delivered 2.9 million Total Viewers 2+, 1.6 million Adults 18-49 and 742,000 young Adults 18-34 in simulcast across Univision and UDN. Overall, for the entire evening, Univision ranked as the No. 3 broadcast network among young Adults 18-34, outperforming CBS and FOX.
On Friday, the match between Peru and Colombia helped Univision rank as the No. 1 broadcast network for the entire evening among young Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49. Airing 7:30-10:13pm, it delivered 3.2 million Total Viewers 2+, 1.7 million Adults 18-49 and 800,000 young Adults 18-34 in simulcast across Univision and UDN.
- At 10:13pm, following the match, “Tres Veces Ana” (Three Times Ana) delivered 1.7 million Total Viewers 2+, 836,000 Adults 18-49 and 411,000 young Adults 18-34.
On Saturday, airing two Copa America Centenario matches (both simulcast on UDN), Univision ranked as the No. 1 broadcast network among both young Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49.
- Airing 6:30-9:05pm, Argentina vs. Venezuela averaged 3.1 million Total Viewers 2+, 1.6 million Adults 18-49 and 774,000 young Adults 18-34. Following the match (9:05-9:30pm), Fútbol Central averaged 3.5 million Total Viewers 2+, 1.9 million Adults 18-49 and 922,000 young Adults 18-34.
- Airing 9:30pm-12:00am, México vs. Chile averaged 5.4 million Total Viewers 2+, 3.1 million Adults 18-49 and 1.5 million young Adults 18-34.
On Sunday…
- Airing 7-8pm, “Aquí y Ahora” (Here and Now) averaged 1.2 million Total Viewers 2+, 474,000 Adults 18-49 and 203,000 young Adults 18-34.
- The 8-10pm concert special “Tigres Del Norte” averaged 1.0 million Total Viewers 2+, 433,000 Adults 18-49 and 206,000 young Adults 18-34.
- Airing 10-11pm, “Sal y Pimienta” (Salt and Pepper) averaged 1.1 million Total Viewers 2+, 454,000 Adults 18-49 and 190,000 young Adults 18-34.
