ATLANTA, GA – JUNE 15, 2016 – Univision Atlanta’s television station WUVG 34, owned and operated by Univision Communication Inc. (UCI), the leading media company serving Hispanic America, today announced that it received 12 Emmy® Awards from the Southeast Regional Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS). The awards were announced on Saturday, June 11th at a ceremony in Atlanta, Georgia.
“It is an honor to be recognized with these 12 Emmy® Awards,” said Gianncarlo Cifuentes, news director at Univision Atlanta. “I am extremely proud of our news team’s hard work and dedication to providing the high-quality newscasts and stories that matter most to our local Hispanic community.”

UNIVISION ATLANTA RECIBE 12 PREMIOS EMMY® POR EXCELENCIA DE NOTICIERO EN TELEVISIÓN EN ESPAÑOL
ATLANTA, GA – 15 DE JUNIO DE 2016 – La estación de televisión WUVG 34 de Univision Atlanta, propiedad y bajo administración de Univision Communications Inc. (UCI), la principal empresa de medios de comunicación al servicio de la comunidad hispana en los Estados Unidos, anunció hoy que ha recibido 12 premios Emmy® de la filial regional del sudeste de la National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS). Se anunciaron los premios el sábado, 11 de junio en una ceremonia en Atlanta, Georgia.
