UniMás Outperformed Telemundo On Saturday for the Eighth Consecutive Week

UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of February 22, 2016 to February 28, 2016

  • In the February sweep-to-date, UniMás is up year-over-year among Total Viewers 2+ (+15%), Adults 18-49 (+6%) and young Adults 18-34 (+9%).
  • UniMás ranked as the No. 2 Spanish-language network for the eighth consecutive Saturday night and reported double-digit percentage gains over Telemundo among Total Viewers 2+ (+19%), Adults 18-49 (+63%) and young Adults 18-34 (+74%).
    • UniMás’ Cine Cantinflas film “Sube y Baja” attracted 879,000 Total Viewers 2+, 400,000 Adults 18-49 and 179,000 young Adults 18-34.
    • Following at 9pm, the UniMás feature film presentation “The Faculty” averaged 739,000 Total Viewers 2+, 374,000 Adults 18-49 and 172,000 young Adults 18-34.
    • In fact, UniMás’ back-to-back movie lineup out-delivered Telemundo’s entire primetime lineup including “Qué Noche” and “America’s Funniest Videos” with Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and young Adults 18-34.
  • Airing M-F 8pm, “La Rosa de Guadalupe” reported week-to-week audience growth among Adults 18-49 (+7% to 333,000) and young Adults 18-34 (+1% to 172,000).
  • Following at 9pm, the Monday-Friday dramatic series “Lady, La Vendedora de Rosas” saw double digit week-over-week audience gains with Total Viewers 2+ (+12% to 688,000), Adults 18-49 (+16% to 385,000) and young Adults 18-34 (+17% to 186,000).
  • Airing Monday-Friday at 10pm, “Ruta 35” built its week-to-week viewership among Total Viewers 2+ (+15% to 470,000), Adults 18-49 (+24% to 261,000) and young Adults 18-34 (+35% to 151,000).
  • In the current 2015/16 Season, UniMás is over-delivering the same weeks in the 2014/15 Season among Total Viewers 2+ (+15%) and Adults 18-49 (+9%) during broadcast prime.
  • UniMás, on average, delivered more viewers than the combined audience of Estrella, Azteca and MundoMax among Total Viewers 2+ (+40%) and more than double the Adults 18-49 (+104%) and young Adults 18-34 (+122%).
