Univision Ranked as the 5th Largest Network in the Country For the Week Regardless of Language

Univision Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of October 12, 2015 to October 18, 2015

  • Univision ranked as the 5th largest network in the country for the week regardless of language. This marks the fourth consecutive week Univision has ranked No. 5 in the new season.
  • Last week (M-SU), Univision out-delivered one or more of the English-language broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, NBC or FOX) on three nights among young Adults 18-34.
  • Airing M-F 8 p.m., “Antes Muerta Que Lichita” (I’d Rather be Dead Than Ordinary) attracted 2.0 Million Total Viewers 2+, 904,000 Adults 18-49 and 422,000 young Adults 18-34.
  • Airing M-F 9 p.m., “Lo Imperdonable” (The Unforgivable) saw week-to-week growth among Total Viewers 2+ (+6% to 2.8 million), Adults 18-49 (+4% to 1.2 million) and young Adults 18-34 (+5% to 527,000).
  • At 10 p.m., “Yo No Creo En Los Hombres” (I Don’t Trust Men) attracted 2.1 Million Total Viewers 2+, 1.0 Million Adults 18-49 and 418,000 young Adults 18-34.
  • The premiere of “Sabadazo” reached 3.2 Million Total Viewers 2+ who tuned in to all or part of the 3 hour broadcast on Saturday night.  The premiere also averaged 989,000 Total Viewers 2+, 465,000 Adults 18-49 and 191,000 young Adults 18-34.  In fact, “Sabadazo” finished the night as the 5th most watched program among Adults 18-34 and ranked within the top 10 programs for Adults 18-49 (No. 8).
  • On Sunday, Univision’s full primetime lineup ranked within the top 20 programs for the entire evening among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and young Adults 18-34.
    • At 7 p.m., “Aquí y Ahora” attracted 1.5 Million Total Viewers 2+, 659,000 Adults 18-49 and 227,000 young Adults 18-34.
    • At 8 p.m., “La Banda” experienced week-to-week growth among Total Viewers 2+ (+5% to 2.5 Million), Adults 18-49 (+4% to 1.2 Million) and young Adults 18-34 (+16% to 538,000).
    • Following at 10 p.m., “Sal y Pimienta” (Salt and Pepper) also reported week-to-week audience gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+16% to 1.9 Million), Adults 18-49 (+26% to 955,000) and young Adults 18-34 (+30% to 450,000).
