Univision Network’s Hit Series “La Banda” Grew +15% Week-to-Week Among Both Young Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49

Univision Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of September 21, 2015 to September 27, 2015

  • On Sunday, “La Banda” saw week-to-week growth among Total Viewers 2+ (+8% to 2.6 million), Adults 18-49 (+15% to 1.1 million) and young Adults 18-34 (+15% to 478,000).  Its lead-in, “Aquí y Ahora” (Here and Now), also grew among Total Viewers 2+ (+6% to 1.4 million).
  • Last week (M-SU), Univision Network out-delivered one or more of the English-language broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, NBC or FOX) on four nights among young Adults 18-34.
  • On Monday, the finale of “Amores con Trampa” (Fooled Into Love) averaged 3.3 million Total Viewers 2+, 1.6 million Adults 18-49 and 749,000 young Adults 18-34.
  • “Antes Muerta Que Lichita” (I’d Rather Be Dead Than Ordinary) premiered Tuesday at 8 p.m., averaging 2.2 million Total Viewers 2+, 1.0 million Adults 18-49 and 484,000 young Adults 18-34 in its first week.
  • Airing M-F 9 p.m., “Lo Imperdonable” (The Unforgivable) averaged 2.6 million Total Viewers 2+, 1.1 million Adults 18-49 and 461,000 young Adults 18-34.
  • At 10 p.m., “Yo No Creo En Los Hombres” (I Don’t Trust Men) averaged 2.1 million Total Viewers 2+, 989,000 Adults 18-49 and 408,000 young Adults 18-34.
  • On Saturday, Univision ranked as the No. 3 network for the evening among young Adults 18-34, outperforming CBS and NBC.
    • Recap show “La Banda Resumen” aired 8:02-8:57 p.m., averaging 1.1 million Total Viewers 2+, 529,000 Adults 18-49 and 249,000 young Adults 18-34.
    • Next, the special “Don Francisco: El Último Gigante” averaged 1.9 million Total Viewers 2+, 825,000 Adults 18-49 and 345,000 young Adults 18-34.
