MIAMI, FL – JULY 9, 2015 – The talent lineup for Univision Network’s “Premios Juventud” (PJ) 2015 keeps getting bigger and better as the hottest stars in Latin music confirm to perform during this summer’s mega event.
With its giant videogame-themed stage, the 12th annual edition of PJ will deliver must-see performances and take viewers on an exciting journey across the galaxy when it airs LIVE on the Univision Network on Thursday, July 16, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT (7 p.m. Central).
Joining previously announced performers Chino & Nacho, Chiquis, Fifth Harmony, Larry Hernández, Luis Coronel, Maite Perroni, and Pitbull, being joined by Mohombi, and Wisin are: Alejandro Sanz, appearing for the first time on “Premios Juventud,” taking the audience above the clouds with his most recent pop ballad hit “Zombie a la Intemperie”; Yandel, igniting the afterburners with his single “Calentura”; Christian Daniel, daring to sing “Me Vuelvo un Cobarde”; Reykon, getting personal with a medley of two of his songs “Secretos” and “Imaginándome”; Farruko, bringing his unique rhythm with “Lejos de Aquí”; Fonseca, singing “Entre Mi Vida y la Tuya”; and the return of the popular Mexican actress and singer Anahí to the PJ stage, who made her solo debut during PJ 2009, and now comes back for the world premiere of her new single “Rumba.” Fans can comment about her return to the stage by using #RegresaAnahi on their favorite social media platform.
This edition of PJ delivers first time performances by fan favorites: J Balvin’s “Ginza” will make its world debut; Gloria Trevi will perform the premiere of “Como Yo Te Amo”; Joey Montana will premiere on TV his new single “Picky.” Ricky Martin is also set to perform his new single “La Mordidita,” for the first time on TV with Yotuel; and Maluma will heat things up with his new single, “Borró Cassette.”
Becky G’s performance will include a star guest, whom is also one of the evening’s nominees. Reggeatoneros Arcángel, De La Guetto, J Balvin, Nicky Jam, and Zion have a special act planned with a medley of two urban hit songs “El Perdón” and “Travesuras.” PJ will also showcase up-and-coming talent such as Jonathan Sánchez, Sofía Reyes and Yunel Cruz performing during the show’s New Artist segment.
But before all of the action, the pre-show, “Noche de Estrellas de Premios Juventud” (Night of Stars), will create its own buzz and excitement. Hosted by Carlos Calderón, Daniela di Giacomo, Maite Perroni, and William Valdés, the pre-show will feature musical numbers including Zion y Lennox going crazy with their hit “Pierdo la Cabeza” and, for the first time ever, music sensations Leslie Grace and Luis Coronel will perform together for “Cómo Duele El Silencio.” The night kicks into high gear at 7 p.m. ET/PT (6 p.m. Central).
Joining veteran hosts Ninel Conde and William Levy this year for the very first time will be none other than Univision Network’s own Alejandra Espinoza and Mexican music star El Dasa, who will also perform during the show.
The night will also feature a heartfelt homage to Hispanic TV veteran Mario Kreutzberger, better-known as Don Francisco to generations of “Sábado Gigante” (Giant Saturday) fans. The legendary host, who will wrap up 53 years on the air in September, will receive PJ’s Idol for Generations Award which will honor his contributions and career.

Con un escenario temático en videojuegos, la 12º edición anual de PJ ofrecerá presentaciones que nadie se debe perder y llevará a los televidentes en un emocionante recorrido de la galaxia cuando se trasmita EN VIVO en la Cadena Univision el jueves, 16 de julio de 2015 a las 8:00 p.m. hora del Este/Pacífico (7 p.m. Centro).
A los artistas anteriormente anunciados, Chino & Nacho, Chiquis, Fifth Harmony, Larry Hernández, Luis Coronel, Maite Perroni y Pitbull quien cantará junto a Mohombi y Wisin, se sumarán: Alejandro Sanz, quien se presentará por primera vez en “Premios Juventud” y llevará a la audiencia a las nubes con su tema más reciente en pop balada “Zombie a la Intemperie”; Yandel, quien encenderá el escenario con su sencillo “Calentura”; Christian Daniel, quien se atreverá a cantar “Me Vuelvo un Cobarde”; Reykon, quien pasará al plano personal con un medley de sus canciones “Secretos” e “Imaginándome”; Farruko, quien traerá su ritmo único con la canción “Lejos de Aquí”; Fonseca, quien cantará “Entre Mi Vida y la Tuya”; y el regreso al escenario de PJ de la popular cantante y actriz mexicana Anahí, quien realizó su debut como solista en PJ 2009, y ahora regresa para presentar el debut mundial de su más reciente sencillo “Rumba”.
