NEW YORK – FEBRUARY 17, 2015 – Univision Communications Inc. (UCI) announced today that Andy Hobson has resigned as senior executive vice president and chief financial officer. The Company will conduct a comprehensive search for a new CFO. Peter H. Lori, executive vice president finance and chief accounting officer at UCI, will serve as Interim CFO. Hobson will assist the Company during the transition.

Lori joined UCI in 2005. Prior to this he served as an audit partner at KPMG LLP from 2002-2005. Lori began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1987 where he worked for 15 years and became an audit partner there in 1999. He was responsible for the delivery of audit and advisory services to both medium sized companies and large multinational clients in a wide variety of industries.

NUEVA YORK – 17 DE FEBRERO DE 2015 — Univision Communications Inc. (UCI) anunció que Andy Hobson ha renunciado como vicepresidente ejecutivo senior y director ejecutivo de finanzas (CFO, por sus siglas en inglés). La empresa realizará una búsqueda exhaustiva para encontrar a un nuevo CFO. Peter H. Lori, vicepresidente ejecutivo de finanzas y director ejecutivo de contabilidad de UCI, asumirá el cargo de CFO interino. Hobson ayudará a la empresa durante la transición.

Lori trabaja en UCI desde 2005. Previamente, de 2002-2005, fue socio de auditorías en KPMG LLP. Empezó su carrera en 1987 en Arthur Andersen LLP, donde trabajó 15 años y llegó a ser socio de auditorías en 1999. Estaba a cargo de prestar servicios de asesoría y auditoría a empresas multinacionales medianas y grandes en varios sectores.
