Patricia Molina

President, Mexico Ad Sales and Marketing

Patricia Molina is President of Ad Sales and Marketing Mexico at TelevisaUnivision, the world’s leading Spanish-language media company. In this role, Molina leads advertising sales and marketing across the company’s portfolio of local free-to-air TV, pay TV and digital O&O properties in Mexico as well as its global streaming service, ViX. In addition, Molina manages cross-functional teams, working alongside production, programming, and research.

Molina has extensive knowledge of strategic marketing and media planning with a renowned career spanning more than 25 years working in various roles and functions across the industry, including creative agencies and media agencies, with a breadth of expertise across digital and entertainment media. Since joining the company in 2019, she has effectively centralized the sales forces in Mexico and integrated TelevisaUnivision’s brand ecosystem to deliver the most compelling commercial offering for advertisers — underpinned by the company’s unique strength and reach in the market. Under Molina’s leadership, TelevisaUnivision has achieved historic sales records and significantly grown its client base through a go-to-market strategy that has positioned the company as a reliable partner for brands to engage diverse audiences, from mass to niche, across the broadest set of platforms and capabilities.

Prior to TelevisaUnivision, Molina held leadership positions at the world’s leading agencies, including serving as CEO of Havas Media Group Mexico, CEO of Omnicom Media Group Mexico, and CEO of Publicis in Mexico. Her wide-ranging experience across a vast portfolio of clients enabled her to understand operations and serve as a trusted advisor in the industry – a leader known for transforming the sales dynamic from transactional to strategic with innovative marketing solutions that drive more collaborative partnerships.


Molina has been a recognized change agent, actively participating in impactful associations that help elevate industry standards, including A Favor de lo Mejor, Ave, IAB, IWF, Women to Watch, the Communication Council, and recently in ACAM (Alianza para la Calidad de la Medición Multimedia A.C.) as an advocate for changes in audience measurement.
