John Kozack is President of U.S. Advertising Sales and Marketing for TelevisaUnivision, the world’s leading Spanish-language media company. A seasoned media executive with deep expertise in the U.S. Hispanic market, he oversees all advertising and marketing initiatives across the company’s renowned broadcast, cable, streaming, digital, audio, and live event properties.

Kozack brings over two decades of experience within TelevisaUnivision’s U.S. Advertising Sales business, progressing through a series of key leadership roles. As Executive Vice President of Multimedia Sales, he was responsible for all client and agency relationships, serving as a critical lead in the company’s annual Upfront negotiations, and notably driving record revenue growth for TelevisaUnivision’s industry-leading sports portfolio.

Kozack began his career on the agency side of the business at The Media Edge, where he rose to Vice President and was responsible for creating the first-ever presenting sponsorship of the Rose Bowl on behalf of AT&T. He then went on to become an Account Executive with FOX Sports, before joining Univision as an Account Executive in 2003.
