USTED ACEPTA DEFENDER, INDEMNIZAR Y EXIMIR DE RESPONSABILIDAD A TELEVISAUNIVISION Y SUS SUBSIDIARIAS, AGENTES, REPRESENTANTES, EMPLEADOS, FUNCIONARIOS, DIRECTORES, FILIALES, CONCESIONARIOS, PATROCINADORES, SOCIOS, PROVEEDORES Y SUBCONTRATISTAS POR CUALQUIER RECLAMO, PÉRDIDA, DAÑO, RESPONSABILIDAD LEGAL, COSTO Y GASTO (LO QUE INCLUYE PERO NO SE LIMITA A HONORARIOS Y COSTOS LEGALES RAZONABLES) QUE SURJAN CON RELACIÓN A SU USO INDEBIDO DEL SITIO, SERVICIO O CONTENIDO, O DE SU INCUMPLIMIENTO DE CUALQUIER DISPOSICIÓN DE ESTOS TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES.
