UniMás Delivers Highest-Rated Weekly Primetime Performance in the Current 2020/2021 Season Across All Key Demos

Network Outperforms The CW for the 21st Consecutive Week Among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34

UniMás Tops NBC, Telemundo and The CW By Double-To-Triple Digit Margins, Bests NBC for Second Consecutive Sunday Night Among Adults 18-34

UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of February 8, 2021 to February 14, 2021

  • UniMás averaged its highest weekly primetime audience levels in the current 2020/2021 season with week-over-week audience gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+19% to 613,000), Adults 18-49 (+11% to 256,000) and Adults 18-34 (+6% to 101,000). UniMás also delivered primetime audience growth year-over-year among Total Viewers 2+ (+3% to 613,000).
  • UniMás outperformed The CW with double-digit audience advantages during primetime for the 21st consecutive week in the current 2020/2021 season among Adults 18-49 (+53% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+80% adv.).
  • On Saturday night, UniMás out-delivered CBS (+32% adv.) and FOX (+53% adv.) by double-digit margins among Adults 18-34 with a movie line-up that included (“Cineplex: Law Abiding Citizen” and “CineNight: Taken 2”). UniMás outperformed FOX (+45% adv.) among Adults 18-49, marking the second consecutive Saturday night that UniMás topped FOX among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34. UniMás also bested Telemundo (+17% adv.) by double-digits among Total Viewers 2+ for the entire night. The movie line-up delivered double-digit audience growth to the network’s 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. time period week-over-week among Total Viewers 2+ (+39% to 789,000), Adults 18-49 (+42% to 340,000) and Adults 18-34 (+52% to 108,000). The line-up also increased the network’s time slot by double-digit margins year-over-year among Total Viewers 2+ (+63% to 789,000) and Adults 18-49 (+40% to 340,000). “Cineplex: Law Abiding Citizen” (794,000) and “CineNight: Taken 2” (783,000) currently ranks as the highest-rated primetime feature films in the current 2020/2021 season on the UniMás network with Total Viewers 2+.
  • On Sunday night, UniMás outperformed NBC (+34% adv.) and Telemundo (+22% adv.) with double-digit audience advantages among Adults 18-34 with a line-up that included (“Cineplex: Gone in 60 Seconds” and “CineMás: Jack Reacher”). This marks the second consecutive Sunday night that UniMás topped NBC by double-digit margins among Adults 18-34. UniMás also bested The CW by double-to-triple digit margins among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34 for the entire night. This marked the 24th straight Sunday night that UniMás has out-delivered The CW among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34 and the second consecutive Sunday night among Total Viewers 2+. The movie line-up delivered double-digit audience growth to the network’s 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. time period week-over-week among Total Viewers 2+ (+62% to 774,000), Adults 18-49 (+50% to 350,000) and Adults 18-34 (+81% to 163,000). The line-up also increased the network’s time slot by double-digit margins year-over-year among Total Viewers 2+ (+33% to 774,000), Adults 18-49 (+25% to 350,000) and Adults 18-34 (+37% to 163,000). “Cineplex: Gone in 60 Seconds” currently ranks as the highest-rated primetime feature film in the current 2020/2021 season on the UniMás network among Adults 18-34 (196,000).
  • UniMás’ weeknight 8 p.m. reality series, “Enamorándonos” averaged 620,000 Total Viewers 2+, 242,000 Adults 18-49 and 97,000 Adults 18-34. The show delivered week-over-week audience growth to the network’s Monday to Friday 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. time period among Total Viewers 2+ (+3% to 620,000). The program also increased its audience by double-digit margins in the last hour compared to the first hour among Total Viewers 2+ (+11%), Adults 18-49 (+11%) and Adults 18-34 (+16%).
    • UniMás’ “Enamorándonos” outperformed The CW in the Monday to Friday 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. time slot by double-digit margins among Adults 18-49 (+38% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+62% adv.). “Enamorándonos” also positioned UniMás ahead of ABC for the third consecutive Wednesday night during the 9 p.m. hour with double-digit audience advantages among Adults 18-34 (+18% adv.).
  • UniMás’ weeknight 10 p.m. reality competition series, “Desafío Súper Regiones” attracted 306,000 Total Viewers 2+, 136,000 Adults 18-49 and 49,000 Adults 18-34 for the entire week. The series also increased its audience week-over-week among Total Viewers 2+ (+9% to 306,000).
  • UniMás out-delivered the combined audience of Azteca, Estrella TV and TeleXitos for the entire week during primetime with triple-digit audience advantages among Total Viewers 2+ (+121% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+127% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+130% adv.).
