UniMás Increases Primetime Audience Week-Over-Week Across Key Demos
UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of February 18, 2019 to February 24, 2019
- On Sunday night, UniMás out-delivered The CW for the entire night with double-to-triple digit audience advantages among Total Viewers 2+ (+44% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+115% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+194% adv.) with a line-up that included “Cine De Las Estrellas: Live Free or Die Hard” and “Cine de las Estrellas: Max Payne.” The Sunday night movie-lineup also delivered more Total Viewers 2+ (+2% to 582,000), Adults 18-49 (+21% to 284,000) and Adults 18-34 (+51% to 148,000) to the networks’ 6:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. time period versus the prior week.
- UniMás delivered week-over-week audience growth during primetime among Total Viewers 2+ (+3% to 377,000), Adults 18-49 (+6% to 175,000) and Adults 18-34 (+16% to 85,000).
- UniMás’ 8 p.m. series, “Tres Milagros” averaged its highest-rated weekly performance since its premiere with week-to-week audience gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+1% to 307,000) and Adults 18-34 (+2% to 66,000), marking the second and third consecutive week of audience growth, respectively.
- UniMás’ 9 p.m. series, “Atrapada” increased its audience among Total Viewers 2+ (+10% to 274,000) and Adults 18-49 (+7% to 123,000) versus the prior week.
- Driven by “Cineplex: Shark Killer” and “Cineplex: Open Water 3: Cage Dive,” UniMás’ increased the 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. time period on Saturday night among Total Viewers 2+ (+10% to 484,000), Adults 18-49 (+9% to 208,000) and Adults 18-34 (+48% to 114,000) versus the prior week.
- UniMás attracted more Total Viewers 2+ (+2% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+29% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+70% adv.) than the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV during primetime.
