Univision is Set to Finish 2025 as the No. 1 Network Among U.S. Hispanics

MIAMI – DECEMBER 19, 2025 – Univision will finish 2025 as the No. 1 Spanish-language network in primetime and total day for the 33rd consecutive year (since 1993) among Total Viewers, Adults 25-54 and Adults 18-49, and no. 1 network across all of television among U.S. Hispanics.

2025 Program Highlights

Entertainment

  • Univision’s entertainment slate continues to reach more U.S. Hispanic Adult 18-49 viewers monthly than entertainment across all broadcast and cable networks, delivering double-digit year-over-year audience growth among Total Viewers (+14%), Adults 18-49 (+17%) and Adults 18-34 (+29%).
  • Award shows averaged 1.9 million Total Viewers, 568,000 Adults 18-49 and 233,000 Adults 18-34, positioning Univision among the top two most-watched networks across all of television on the night of their airings with the key Adult 18 to 34 and 18 to 49 demos. Univision was also home to 2 of the top 3 most-watched music award shows on all of television throughout 2025 (Premio Lo Nuestro and Latin Grammy Awards) among Total U.S. Hispanic Viewers.
  • As the undisputed leader for primetime novela content, Univision reaches more U.S. Hispanic Adult 18-49 viewers weekly than drama on English-language broadcast (2x higher) and cable (4x higher) networks as well as Telemundo (+50% advantage).
  • Univision is also home to 42 of the top 50 most watched novelas/dramas on all of television throughout 2025 among U.S. Hispanic Adults 18-49 including the top 2 with No. 1 “Las Hijas De La Señora Garcia” and No. 2 “Papas Por Conveniencia.”
  • “Desiguales” is delivering double-digit year-over-year audience growth among Total Viewers (+15%) and Adults 18-49 (+21%), while also outperforming Telemundo’s “La Mesa Caliente” with Adults 18-49 (+7% advantage). “Desiguales” ranks as the No. 1 daytime talk show on all of television among U.S. Hispanic Adult 18 to 49 and 18 to 34 viewers.
  • “Sientese Quien Pueda” has increased its audience in the last two consecutive quarters with double-digit gains in fourth quarter 2025 to date compared to second quarter of 2025 among Total Viewers (+20%) and Adults 18-49 (+14%) It is attracting more Women 18-49 (+12% advantage) viewers than Telemundo’s “La Casa Con Telemundo” while also ranking among the top 2 most-watched daytime talk shows alongside “Desiguales” with the younger U.S. Hispanic Adult 18-34 audience.
  • As the top-rated entertainment news magazine program among U.S. Hispanic Adults 18-49 throughout 2025 to date, “El Gordo y La Flaca” has consistently increased its audience in the last two consecutive quarters with gains of (+6%) in fourth quarter of 2025 to date compared to second quarter of 2025 among the key Adult 18-49 demographic. It is delivering double-digit year-over-year audience growth among Viewers 2+ (+11%) and Adults 18-49 (+18%) and attracting more U.S. Hispanic Adult 18-49 viewers than the combined U.S. Hispanic Adult 18-49 audience of the English-language syndicated entertainment news magazine programs of “Access Hollywood,” “Entertainment Tonight,” “Extra,” “Inside Edition” and “TMZ.”

  • Noticias Univision is leading source for news content among U.S. Hispanics, averaging more U.S. Hispanic Adult 18-49 viewers than news across all broadcast and cable networks – and ranking first across all dayparts. Noticias Univision is delivering double-digit year-over-year audience growth among Total Viewers (+18%), Adults 18-34 (+29%), Adults 18-49 (+20%) and Adults 25-54 (+11%) while also consistently increasing its audience in the last two consecutive quarters with double-digit gains of (+12%) in fourth quarter of 2025 to date compared to second quarter of 2025 among the key Adult 18 to 49 demographic.
  • “Noticiero Univision” is set to finish as the No. 1 evening news program on broadcast television for the 33rd consecutive year, delivering more U.S. Hispanic Adult 18-49 viewers than the combined U.S. Hispanic Adult 18-49 audience of “ABC World News Tonight,” “CBS Evening News” and “NBC Nightly News.”

Sports

  • TelevisaUnivision delivered record-setting sports viewership in 2025 across its broadcast, streaming and digital platforms – capturing 71% of the primetime soccer audience and 50% of all soccer viewing among Adults 18-49.
  • TelevisaUnivision platforms aired six of the top 10 soccer games in 2025 regardless of language with Adults 18 to 49.
  • The Mexican National Team ranked as the most-watched international soccer team in the U.S. while Live MX remained the most-watched club soccer league in the country, regardless of language.
  • LigaMX audience increased 12% year over year and accounted for seven of the top 10 highest-rated club soccer matches of the year among Adults 18-49.
