Miami, FL. – March 19, 2024 – Univision announced today the complete list of nominees for the ninth annual Latin American Music Awards (LATIN AMAs). Reggaeton star Feid and Mexican music sensation Peso Pluma topped the coveted list with twelve nominations each, includingArtist of the Year, Song of The Year, Album of the Year and Collaboration of the Year. Followed closely by Bad Bunny and Grupo Frontera with eleven recognitions, Karol G and Shakira with nine nominations, and Eslabon Armado and Fuerza Regida who garnered eight nods each.
Under the theme “We Speak Música”, the annual awards show will broadcast live for the second consecutive year on Univision, UNIMÁS y Galavisión and will also be available on ViX, the leading Spanish-language streaming service in the world, for the first time. This edition of the Latin AMA’s, hosted by businesswoman and pop legend Thalia, actress and presenter Alejandra Espinoza, and singer-songwriter and television personality Carlos Ponce, will bring together the biggest stars at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on April 25 at 7p/6c.
The annual awards show pays tribute to the most influential and iconic Latin artists in 27 categories, with a total of 76 nominees that span all musical genres including Pop, Urban, Regional Mexican, and Tropical. The 2024 LATIN AMAs 2024 nominations are based on key fan interactions through streaming, sales, radio broadcasts, tours, and social media data provided by Billboard and Luminate during the eligibility period (February 11, 2023, to February 24, 2024).

Entre las categorías en las que se encuentran nominados están Artista del Año, Canción Del Año, Álbum Del Año y Colaboración Del Año. Seguidos por Bad Bunny y Grupo Frontera con 11 nominaciones, Karol G y Shakira con 9 nominaciones y Eslabon Armado y Fuerza Regida con 8.
Bajo el lema “We Speak Música”, esta edición de la premiación anual se transmitirá por segunda vez en vivo por Univision, UNIMÁS y Galavisión y también por primera vez estará disponible en ViX, el servicio de streaming en español líder en el mundo. Los Latin AMA’s reunirán a las grandes estrellas de la música latina y será conducida por la leyenda del pop y empresaria Thalia, la presentadora y actriz Alejandra Espinoza y el cantautor y conductor de televisión Carlos Ponce desde el MGM Grand Garden Arena en Las Vegas el 25 de abril a las 7p/6c.
Los LATIN AMAs rinden homenaje a los artistas latinos más influyentes e icónicos de la actualidad en 27 categorías con un total de 76 nominados, según la votación de los fans incluyendo los géneros Pop,Urbano, Regional Mexicano, y Tropical. Las nominaciones a los Latin AMAs 2024 se basan en interacciones de los fans a través de streaming, las ventas, la transmisión de radio, las giras e incluso los datos de interacciones en las redes sociales proporcionados por Billboard y Luminate durante el período de elegibilidad (11 de febrero del 2023 a 24 de febrero del 2024).
