MIAMI, FL. – MARCH 30, 2023 – The 2023 LATIN AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS (LATIN AMAs) is set to be a star-studded spectacle with the addition of some of the most popular Latin stars, and the hottest emerging artists in the music scene. The annual award show will offer fans special musical performances that cross over a wide range of genres including Corrido, Merengue, Trap, and Urbano. Featuring a world premiere performance by la mujer de fuego Olga Tañón, as well as a first-time performance by Justin Quiles and Myke Towers, the night will give audiences a truly dynamic multicultural and multigenerational experience. LIVE from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, the LATIN AMAs will simulcast on Univision, UniMás, and Galavisión on April 20 at 7/6c.
Newly confirmed performers include:
- Mexican American singer Chiquis will deliver a beautiful rendition of her mega hit Porque Soy Abeja Reina from her award-winning album Abeja Reina. This year, the multifaceted businesswoman is up for “Best Artist” in the Regional Mexican genre.
- Argentine triple-threat Emilia will take the LATIN AMAs stage for a special surprise.
- Puerto Rican Urbano trendsetter Justin Quiles will set the tone at the LATIN AMAs alongside Myke Towers with a first-time performance of their track Whiskey Y Coco. This year, Quiles has two nods.
- Colombian powerhouse Manuel Turizo will perform two global hits from his upcoming album 2000; El Merengue and La Bachata, which is up for “Song of the Year” and “Tropical Song of the Year.”
- With more than 23 successful albums and 250 hits, the unmistakable Merengue icon Olga Tañón will deliver the unforgettable worldwide premiere of her single La Vida Da Vuelta.
- Medellin-born reggaetón showstopper Ryan Castro will be part of one of the most memorable moments of the night.
- Rapidly emerging Puerto Rican Trap sensation Young Miko will perform her smash hit, Lisa.

La entrega anual de premios ofrecerá a los fans presentaciones musicales que abarcan una amplia gama de géneros como el corrido, merengue, trap y urbano. La noche brindará al público una experiencia multicultural y multigeneracional verdaderamente dinámica con un estreno mundial de “la mujer de fuego” Olga Tañón, así como la primera presentación de Justin Quiles con Myke Towers. EN VIVO desde el MGM Grand Garden Arena en Las Vegas, los LATIN AMAs se transmitirán simultáneamente por Univision, UniMás y Galavisión el 20 de abril a las 7/6c.
Entre los artistas recién confirmados figuran:
- La cantante estadounidense de origen mexicano Chiquis, que brindará una hermosa interpretación de su súper éxito Porque soy abeja reina de su galardonado álbum Abeja Reina. Este año, la multifacética empresaria compite como “Mejor artista” en el género regional mexicano.
- La ultra talentosa argentina Emilia se subirá al escenario de los LATIN AMAs para una sorpresa especial.
- El cantante y compositor puertorriqueño Justin Quiles dejará su sello en los LATIN AMAs junto a Myke Towers con la presentación por primera vez de su tema Whiskey y coco. Este año, Quiles tiene dos nominaciones.
- La potencia colombiana Manuel Turizo interpretará dos éxitos mundiales de su próximo álbum 2000; El merengue y La bachata, que está nominada a “Canción del año” y “Canción tropical del año”.
- Con más de 23 exitosos álbumes y 250 hits, la icónica merenguera Olga Tañón ofrecerá el inolvidable estreno mundial de su sencillo La vida da vuelta.
- El sensacional cantante de reggaetón de Medellín Ryan Castro será parte de uno de los momentos más memorables de la noche.
- La artista emergente del trap puertorriqueño, Young Miko, interpretará su gran éxito, Lisa.
