MIAMI, FL. – FEBRUARY 16, 2023 – Univision announced final lineup for the 35th edition of PREMIO LO NUESTRO, the longest running Latin music award show in the U.S. The night is set to deliver a Latin flavored rendition of the new salsa collaboration by Maluma and Marc Anthony, a rhythmic experience presented by the stars featured in the musical remake of one of the most beloved telenovelas of all time LA USURPADORA, and an uplifting performance by legendary salsa icons Gilberto Santa Rosa, Jerry Rivera, Noel Schajris, Norberto Vélez, and Tito Nieves to honor Víctor Manuelle.
Fans can watch exclusive interviews with performing and nominated artists on PREMIO LO NUESTRO’s Instagram Live today at 8/7c hosted by Roberto Hernández. The show is set to air LIVE on Univision from Miami-Dade Arena on February 23 at 7/6c.
Newly confirmed performers include:
- Prominent actors and singers Alan Estrada, Isabella Castillo, and Valentina from the upcoming major motion picture LA USURPADORA, THE MUSICAL, a retelling of the iconic telenovela, will deliver an unforgettable performance with a medley of 90s hits like Mi Tierra, Bidi Bidi Bom Bom, Vuelve, and Cosas Del Amor. The film is set to premiere in theaters on April 7.
- For the first time, the Puerto Rican rapper Álvaro Diaz, acclaimed singer songwriter Elena Rose and Argentine sensation Tiago PZK will join forces in this year’s new artist segment where all three trailblazing stars will showcase their exceptional talent. Álvaro Diaz is up for “Collaboration of the Year” for Problemón with Rauw Alejandro. Elena Rose and Tiago PZK secured 2 nods each.
- Salsa giants Gilberto Santa Rosa, Jerry Rivera, Noel Schajris, Norberto Vélez, and Tito Nieves will pay homage to Víctor Manuelle’s three outstanding decades in Latin music with a tribute that will kick off the celebration of Manuelle’s Premio Lo Nuestro a la Trayectoria. Santa Rosa has previously been recognized with 3 PLN awards. This year “El Caballero De La Salsa” has 2 nominations.
- Two of the biggest names in Latin music, Maluma and Marc Anthony, will take the PREMIO LO NUESTRO stage for a high-energy performance of their most recent salsa hit La Fórmula. This year, Maluma has 8 nominations, while Marc Anthony is up for 4 recognitions including “Tropical Artist of the Year.”
- Kyen?Es? and Maffio will perform their take on the popular Latin classic Sopa De Caracol during NOCHE DE ESTRELLAS. Maffio will then join the tropical duo Gente De Zona on the PREMIO LO NUESTRO stage for a powerful performance of Hablame De Miami.

MIAMI, FLORIDA – 16 DE FEBRERO DE 2023 – Univision confirmó el lineup final de la 35ª edición de PREMIO LO NUESTRO, la entrega de premios de mayor trayectoria de la música latina en EE.UU. La noche ofrecerá una presentación repleta de sabor latino con la nueva colaboración de salsa de Maluma y Marc Anthony, y una experiencia rítmica por las estrellas que forman parte de la nueva versión musical de una de las telenovelas más queridas de todos los tiempos, LA USURPADORA. La premiación también incluirá una inspiradora presentación de los legendarios íconos de la salsa Gilberto Santa Rosa, Jerry Rivera, Noel Schajris, Norberto Vélez y Tito Nieves en homenaje a Víctor Manuelle.
Hoy 16 de febrero a las 8/7c los fans podrán disfrutar de entrevistas exclusivas con los artistas nominados y los que se presentarán en la gala de premiación a través de la cuenta oficial del PREMIO LO NUESTRO en Instagram presentado por Roberto Hernández. PREMIO LO NUESTRO se transmitirá EN VIVO por Univision desde el Miami-Dade Arena el 23 de febrero a las 7/6c.
Entre los artistas recién confirmados se encuentran:
- Los reconocidos actores y cantantes Alan Estrada, Isabella Castillo y Valentina de la esperada película LA USURPADORA, EL MUSICAL, una nueva versión de la icónica telenovela, ofrecerán una actuación inolvidable donde interpretarán una mezcla de éxitos de los 90 como Mi Tierra, Bidi Bidi Bom Bom, Vuelve y Cosas del Amor. La película se estrenará en los cines el 7 de abril.
- Por primera vez, el rapero puertorriqueño Álvaro Díaz, la aclamada cantautora Elena Rose y la sensación argentina Tiago PZK unirán fuerzas en el segmento de nuevos artistas de este año, donde las tres estrellas pioneras mostrarán su talento excepcional. Álvaro Díaz está nominado a “Colaboración del Año” por Problemón junto a Rauw Alejandro. Elena Rose y Tiago PZK obtuvieron 2 nominaciones cada uno.
- Los gigantes de la salsa Gilberto Santa Rosa, Jerry Rivera, Noel Schajris, Norberto Vélez, y Tito Nieves le rendirán homenaje a Víctor Manuelle y sus tres fantásticas décadas en la música latina, con un tributo que dará comienzo a la celebración de Premio Lo Nuestro a la Trayectoria de Manuelle. Santa Rosa ha ganado anteriormente 3 premios PLN. Este año, el caballero de la salsa tiene 2 nominaciones.
- Dos de los nombres más importantes de la música latina, Maluma y Marc Anthony, subirán al escenario para una interpretación llena de energía de su éxito de salsa más reciente, La Fórmula. Este año, Maluma tiene 8 nominaciones, mientras que Marc Anthony está nominado a 4 reconocimientos, incluyendo el de “Artista tropical del año”.
- Kyen?Es? y Maffio interpretarán su versión del popular clásico latino Sopa De Caracol durante NOCHE DE ESTRELLAS. Maffio se unirá luego al dúo tropical Gente de zona en el escenario de PREMIO LO NUESTRO para una divertida interpretación de Háblame de Miami.
