Sebastián Yatra tops the nominee list followed by Bad Bunny, Camilo, Becky G, and Grupo Firme

MIAMI, FL. – JANUARY 23, 2023 – Today, Univision’s PREMIO LO NUESTRO, announced the full list of nominees for its 35th edition with Colombian singer-songwriter Sebastián Yatra leading with 10 recognitions, followed by global superstars Bad Bunny, Camilo, Becky G, and Grupo Firme with nine nominations, and iconic urban artists Maluma, Ozuna, and Daddy Yankee with eight nominations. The annual music awards show also revealed the return of actress and presenter Alejandra Espinoza as show host, joined by the Queen of Pop Paulina Rubio, Adrián Uribe from Univision’s late-night show DE NOCHE PERO SIN SUEÑO, and the most-nominated artist of the night Sebastián Yatra.
This year’s nominations feature 192 artists spanning all genres of Latin music within 39 categories including the category of “Tour Del Año” that returns by popular demand and honors the widespread success of Latin artists’ tours. PREMIO LO NUESTRO nominations are based on UFORIA radio airplay during the eligibility period (October 1, 2021, through September 30, 2022), as well as streaming data and the assessment of a committee consisting of Music and Entertainment experts. Starting today, through Sunday, February 5 fans can vote for their favorite artists on PremioLoNuestro.com.
Under the theme “El Mundo Es Lo Nuestro” (The World is Ours), the 35th Annual PREMIO LO NUESTRO Awards will broadcast LIVE on Univision on Thursday, February 23 at 7 p.m. ET/ 6 p.m. CT and will simulcast on Galavisión in the U.S. and Canal 5 in Mexico.

Miami, FL. – 23 de enero del 2023 – PREMIO LO NUESTRO anunció hoy la lista completa de nominados para su 35ª edición con el cantautor colombiano Sebastián Yatra encabezando la lista con 10 reconocimientos, seguido por las superestrellas mundiales Bad Bunny, Camilo, Becky G y Grupo Firme obteniendo nueve nominaciones cada uno, y los icónicos artistas urbanos Maluma, Ozuna, y Daddy Yankee llevándose ocho nominaciones. La entrega anual de premios también reveló el regreso de la actriz y presentadora Alejandra Espinoza como anfitriona de la celebración, acompañada por la Reina del Pop Paulina Rubio, Adrián Uribe del late-night show de Univision DE NOCHE PERO SIN SUEÑO, y el artista más nominado de la noche Sebastián Yatra.
Las nominaciones de este año incluyen a 192 artistas que abarcan a todos los géneros de la música latina dentro de 39 categorías, incluyendo la categoría de “Tour del Año” que regresa por demanda popular y honra el éxito mundial de las giras de los artistas latinos. Las nominaciones a PREMIO LO NUESTRO son el resultado de tiempo en aire en la radio de UFORIA durante el período de elegibilidad (1 de octubre de 2021 al 30 de septiembre de 2022), así como datos de streaming y la evaluación de un comité compuesto por expertos en música y entretenimiento. Bajo el lema “El Mundo Es Lo Nuestro”, la 35ª entrega anual de PREMIO LO NUESTRO se transmitirá EN VIVO por Univision el jueves 23 de febrero a las 7 pm hora del este/ 6 pm hora central y en simultáneo por Galavisión en EE.UU. y Canal 5 en México.
