Borensztein Joins the Ranks of the Company’s Fast-Growing Global Distribution Team
MIAMI – AUGUST 16, 2022 – TelevisaUnivision, the world’s leading Spanish-language media and content company, has appointed Guillermo Borensztein as Senior Vice President of International Content Licensing and Co-Production. Based in Miami, he will report jointly to Michael Schwimmer, President of Global Platform Strategy and Revenue, and Pierluigi Gazzolo, President and Chief Transformation Officer, Borensztein will lead content licensing efforts internationally, as well as drive co-production deals for linear and streaming original content.

Borensztein joins TelevisaUnivision from ViacomCBS International Studios, where he led the content sales and co-production business and spearheaded the new film division. His contribution was integral to expanding the company’s Spanish-language studio business. He adds to the roster of senior executives who have joined the ranks of TelevisaUnivision’s global distribution team, including Rita Herring, Senior Vice President of International Distribution, and Michael Angus, Executive Vice President, U.S. Distribution.

Borensztein se une al creciente equipo de distribución global de la compañía
MIAMI –16 DE AGOSTO DE 2022 – TelevisaUnivision, la compañía de contenido y medios en español líder en el mundo, nombró a Guillermo Borensztein como Senior Vice President de licencia y coproducción de contenido internacional. Basado en Miami, Borensztein reportará conjuntamente a Michael Schwimmer, President of Global Platform Strategy and Revenue, y Pierluigi Gazzolo, President and Chief Transformation Officer; Borensztein dirigirá los esfuerzos de licenciamiento de contenido a nivel internacional, así como también impulsará los acuerdos de coproducción de contenido original lineal y de streaming.
