Mexico versus Croatia Friendly Helps UniMás Register Double-Digit Week-To-Week Audience Gains During Primetime Across Key Demos

UniMás Continues to Deliver Season-Over-Season Audience Growth in Primetime Among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34

UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of March 26, 2018 to April 1, 2018

Driven by the MNT versus Croatia friendly, UniMás registered double-digit week-to-week audience gains during primetime among Total Viewers 2+ (+20% to 820,000), Adults 18-49 (+34% to 382,000) and Adults 18-34 (+32% to 149,000). The match garnered over 2 million Total Viewers 2+, 1.2 million Adults 18-49 and 518,000 Adults 18-34.

UniMás’ 9pm weeknight epic drama “La Tierra Prometida”:

  • Reported triple-digit audience gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+150% to 1.2m), Adults 18-49 (+107% to 469,000) and double-digit Adults 18-34 (+93% to 181,000) versus the comparable week in 2017.
  • For the fifth consecutive week, outperformed Telemundo’s “Al Otro Lado Del Muro” in the weeknight 9pm hour +10% among Total Viewers 2+ as well as out-delivering +26% among Adults 18-34.

UniMás’ new adventure reality competition, “Reto 4 Elementos: Naturaleza Extrema,” in its second week, continues to increase the time-period (10p-12a), delivering double-digit audience gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+10% to 383,000), Adults 18-49 (+19% to 198,000) and Adults 18-34 (+40% to 77,000) versus the prior week performance.

On Tuesday, UniMás, on average, out-delivered CW by double-digit margins among Adults 18-49 (+54% adv., 692,000 vs. 449,000) and Adults 18-34 (+84% adv., 284,000 vs. 154,000) as well as Total Viewers 2+ (+2% adv., 1.293m versus 1.175m).

Sunday night’s movie lineup “Cine De Las Estrellas Sun: Escape from Planet Earth” and “Cine De Las Estrellas Sun 2: X-MEN: First Class,” increased UniMás’ audience week-to-week by double-digits among Total Viewers 2+ (+65% to 492,000), Adults 18-49 (+65% to 269,000) and Adults 18-34 (+22% to 113,000).

UniMás, delivered on average, more viewers during broadcast prime than the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV among Total Viewers 2+ (+92% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+117% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+144% adv.).

In the current 2017-18 season-to-date, UniMás registered audience gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+14% to 740,000), Adults 18-49 (+3% to 320,000) and Adults 18-34 (+8% to 130,000) versus the comparable 2016-17 season-to-Date.
