CHICAGO – NOVEMBER 29, 2017 – Univision Chicago will live-stream, for the first-time ever, the Illinois Legislative Latino Caucus Foundation (ILLCF) Town Hall from the Alumni Student Union Building at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago on Friday, December 1 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Moderated by Univision Chicago’s Mariano Gielis, the three-hour Town Hall will feature a panel of experts in the major topics of interest to the Illinois Latino community; immigration, education, health and human services, energy and telecommunications, and economic development.

The Illinois Legislative Latino Caucus Foundation (ILLCF) was established in 2002 with the mission to empower Illinois Latinos and increase access to federal, state and community programs; to provide college scholarships for young Latino men and women; and to support research and the widespread distribution of policy reports through the Illinois Latino Public Policy Institute.

Univision Chicago Amplia sus Horizontes con la Trasmisión en Vivo por Internet de la Asamblea Pública de la Fundación Illinois Legislative Latino Caucus Foundation (ILLCF)
CHICAGO – 29 DE NOVIEMBRE DE 2017– Univision Chicago trasmitirá en vivo por primera vez la asamblea pública de la Fundación del Grupo Hispano de la Legislatura de Illinois (Illinois Legislative Latino Caucus Foundation o ILLCF) el viernes, 1 de diciembre de 10 a.m. a 1 p.m. desde el centro de exalumnos y estudiantes de la universidad Northeastern Illinois University en Chicago. La asamblea pública de tres horas contará con Mariano Gielis de Univision Chicago como moderador y presentará un panel de expertos en diversos temas de importancia para la comunidad latina de Illinois, entre ellos, inmigración, educación, salud y servicios humanos, energía y telecomunicaciones, y desarrollo económico.
