Registering Year-Over-Year Audience Gains, UniMás Attracted More Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34 Than the Combined Audience of Estrella TV and Azteca

Week of July 3, 2017 to July 9, 2017

UniMás averaged 481,000 Total Viewers 2+, 228,000 Adults 18-49 and 83,000 Adults 18-34 for the entire week during prime.

  • The network registered more viewers compared to the corresponding week in 2016 among Total Viewers 2+ (+22%), Adults 18-49 (+23%) and Adults 18-34 (+5%).

Both weekday drama series reported more viewers compared to the previous week.

  • 8pm series “Totalmente Diva” (Totally Diva) registered week-to-week increases of +18% among Total Viewers 2+ (361,000) and +15% among Adults 18-49 (165,000).
  • “El Bienamado” (The Beloved), 9-11pm, built its audience week-over-week among Total Viewers 2+ (+20% to 352,000), Adults 18-49 (+26% to 175,000) and Adults 18-34 (+4% to 55,000).

On Friday night, UniMás aired the soccer match “Copa Oro 2017 Honduras vs. Costa Rica” (9:00-11:34pm), which averaged 1.1 Million Total Viewers 2+, 589,000 Adults 18-49 & 256,000 Adults 18-34, which led the network to finish within the Top 10 broadcast networks on this night among Adults 18-34 (No. 6), Adults 18-49 (No. 7) and Total Viewers 2+ (No. 8).

Saturday-to-Saturday, UniMás delivered considerably more Total Viewers 2+ (+69% to 618,000), Adults 18-49 (+42% to 213,000) and Adults 18-34 (+49% to 85,000).

  • Feature film “Cine Cantinflas: El Bombero Atomico” (8-10pm) averaged more Total Viewers 2+ (+85% to 722,000), Adults 18-49 (+48% to 231,000) and Adults 18-34 (+70% to 90,000) than the previous Saturday movie, “Cine Cantinflas: Los Tres Mosqueteros” (7:04-10:04pm).
  • Ending the night, UniMás aired the final episode of the series “Los Mosqueteros” (The Musketeers,” which reported significantly more viewers than last Saturday’s telecast among Total Viewers 2+ (+49% to 407,000), Adults 18-49 (+35% to 175,000) and Adults 18-34 (+45% to 77,000).

UniMás, on average, delivered more Total Viewers 2+ (+86% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+100% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+89% adv.) than the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV during broadcast prime.
