ViX Announces the Premiere of “HOTEL TODO INCLUIDO,” a Fantasy Comedy Starring José Eduardo Derbez, Sofía Castro and Consuelo Duval

MIAMI, August 14, 2026 — ViX, the world’s leading Spanish-language streaming service, announces the premiere of “HOTEL TODO INCLUIDO,” a new original fantasy comedy series starring José Eduardo Derbez, Sofía Castro and Consuelo Duval available beginning August 28, with all episodes streaming from day one and the first episode available free to watch.
The story follows Sebastián (José Eduardo Derbez), a young man whose lifelong dream has been to become “the best hotel manager” in the business. When he is given the opportunity to run the Hotel Amalaya del Río, an iconic mountain resort that once enjoyed its golden years, he believes the time has finally come to prove his talent.
What he finds is a hotel filled with charm, unforgettable guests, and an eccentric team of employees, including Marcela (Sofía Castro), an efficient and courageous staff member who becomes his closest ally; Dr. Cástulo Fernández (Harold Azuara); Tere (Mónica del Carmen); Ángel (Javier Ibarreche); Carlos (Daniel Bello); and Sven (Joel Cederberg) an enthusiastic Swedish bartender, among many other characters who turn every dayinto an unpredictable adventure.
However, Sebastián’s life changes completely when he meets Nina (Ximena Lecuona), a mysterious little girl dressed as a fairy who possesses an extraordinary power: granting wishes. Following an unexpected encounter, Sebastián discovers that he can make guests’ deepest desires come true, triggering situations that are as magical as they are chaotic.
From that point on, every hotel guest arrives with dreams, problems, and wishes that put Sebastián to the test, teaching him that helping others also means discovering what he truly wants for himself.
Blending humor, fantasy, and heartwarming human stories, “HOTEL TODO INCLUIDO” presents a world where any wish can come true and where true magic emerges through second chances, friendship, and the pursuit ofhappiness.

La historia sigue a Sebastián (José Eduardo Derbez), un joven cuyo mayor sueño siempre ha sido convertirse en “el mejor gerente”. Cuando recibe la oportunidad de dirigir el Hotel Amalaya del Río, un emblemático resort en la montaña, que alguna vez vivió sus mejores años cree que finalmente ha llegado el momento de demostrar todo su talento.
Lo que encuentra es un hotel lleno de encanto, huéspedes inolvidables y un peculiar equipo de colaboradores que pronto se convertirá en parte esencial de su nueva aventura. Entre ellos está Marcela (Sofía Castro), una eficiente y valiente trabajadora que se convertirá en su principal aliada; el Doctor Cástulo Fernández (Harold Azuara); Tere (Mónica del Carmen); Ángel (Javier Ibarreche); Carlos (Daniel Bello); y Sven (Joel Cederberg), un entusiasta barman sueco.
