Although Maria Antonieta Collins previously spoke with Pope Francis during an in-flight press conference on September 27, 2015, Pope Francis has never sat for an interview with Univision Noticias in the nine years of his papacy.
This historic conversation will be the first time two women, Maria Antonieta Collins and Valentina Alazraki from Noticieros Televisa interview Pope Francis. Both Collins and Alazraki are Mexican.
