UniMás Outperforms The CW for 13th Straight Week During Primetime With Adults 18-49

UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of April 13, 2020 to April 19, 2020

  • On Saturday night, UniMás out-delivered FOX and Telemundo for the entire night among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34 with a line-up that included (“Cineplex: Hitman” and “CineNight: Cellular”). UniMás also outperformed Telemundo on Saturday night by double-digits among Total Viewers 2+ (+28% adv.). The movie line-up Increased the network’s 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. time slot by double-digit margins year-over-year among Total Viewers 2+ (+44% to 891,000), Adults 18-49 (+66% to 382,000) and Adults 18-34 (+71% to 140,000).
  • On Sunday night, UniMás outperformed The CW and Telemundo for the entire night by double to triple-digit margins among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34 with a movie line-up that included (“Cineplex: War” and “CineMás: The Marine 2”), marking the fifth consecutive Sunday that it has outperformed The CW across all key demos. The line-up also increased the network’s 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. time period week-to-week among Total Viewers 2+ (+15% to 950,000), Adults 18-49 (+5% to 439,000) and Adults 18-34 (+11% to 172,000).
  • UniMás delivered double-digit primetime audience growth year-over-year among Total Viewers 2+ (+74% to 581,000), Adults 18-49 (+74% to 270,000) and Adults 18-34 (+66% to 103,000), marking the 25th consecutive week of audience growth.
  • UniMás outperformed The CW for the entire week during primetime among Total Viewers 2+ (+20% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+96% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+124% adv.), marking the thirteenth and eighteenth consecutive week that it has out-delivered The CW with Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34, respectively.
  • In the current 2019/2020 season, UniMás is averaging double-digit audience growth during primetime versus the previous season among Total Viewers 2+ (+41% to 514,000), Adults 18-49 (+46% to 247,000) and Adults 18-34 (+39% to 103,000).
  • Driven by the novela series, “Qué Culpa Tiene Fatmagül”, UniMás’ Monday to Friday 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. time period increased week-to-week among Total Viewers 2+ (+8% to 432,000), Adults 18-49 (+2% to 213,000) and Adults 18-34 (+12% to 75,000). The network’s Monday to Friday 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. time slot also grew by double-digit margins year-over-year among Total Viewers 2+ (+75%), Adults 18-49 (+92%) and Adults 18-34 (+53%). UniMás outperformed The CW for the entire week by double-digit margins among Adults 18-49 (+17% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+21% adv.) in the time period.
  • The comedy series, “Nosotros los Guapos” drove UniMás to increase its Monday to Friday 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. time period year-over-year among Total Viewers 2+ (+65% to 383,000), Adults 18-49 (+77% to 184,000) and Adults 18-34 (+84% to 68,000). UniMás also out-delivered The CW during the Monday to Friday 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. time slot by double-to-triple-digit margins among Adults 18-49 (+61% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+100% adv.) for the entire week.
  • UniMás’ weeknight reality series, “Vas Con Todo” increased the network’s Monday to Friday 10:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. time period year-over-year by double-to-triple-digit margins among Total Viewers 2+ (+75% to 212,000), Adults 18-49 (+62% to 97,000) and Adults 18-34 (+115% to 43,000).
  • UniMás outperformed the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV during primetime by triple-digit margins among Total Viewers 2+ (+105% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+178% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+178% adv.) for the entire week. UniMás is also out-delivering the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV during primetime by double-to-triple-digit margins in the current 2019/2020 season among all key demos.
