MIAMI, FL. – JUNE 16, 2023 – Univision announced today that ETERNAMENTE AMÁNDONOS is set to premiere on July 10 at 8p/7c. The successful drama stars the brilliant Alejandra Robles Gil, heart-throb Marcus Ornellas, and the well-established and decorated actress Diana Bracho. Produced by Silvia Cano, ETERNAMENTE AMÁNDONOS is the Spanish adaptation of the Turkish TV series İstanbullu Gelin, telling a heartfelt story about romance, empathy, and complicated family dynamics, that is sure to resonate with audiences in the U.S.
ETERNAMENTE AMÁNDONOS tells the story of Paula Bernal (Alejandra Robles Gil,) a music enthusiast who earns a living playing live music at bars around Mexico City. Paula meets Rogelio Iturbide (Marcus Ornellas,) the two fall madly in love, get married, and decide to move to Rogelio’s hometown of Morelia, without knowing how the Iturbide family would react to their union. Once in Morelia, the lovebirds are met by Rogelio’s mother, Martina Rangel (Diana Bracho,) a very powerful and traditional woman who the locals refer to as La Monarca de Morelia and is profoundly resistant to Rogelio’s newfound cosmopolitan view on life. Martina, feeling threatened by Paula’s influence over her son, declares war on her new daughter-in-law and will stop at nothing to split them up.
The cast also includes renowned actors like Francisco Pizaña, Patricio José, David Caro Levy, Gema Garoa, Juan Martín Jáuregui, Elizabeth Guindi, Dalilah Polanco, Arantza Ruiz, Rossana Nájera, Claudia Rios, Fermín Martínez, Valentina Buzzurro, and Eva Daniela among others.

El exitoso drama es protagonizado por la brillante Alejandra Robles Gil, el galán Marcus Ornellas y la actriz de renombre Diana Bracho.Producido por Silvia Cano, ETERNAMENTE AMÁNDONOS es la adaptación en español de la serie turca İstanbullu Gelin, brindándole a la audiencia una historia de amor, empatía, y las dinámicas complicadas en los núcleos familiares que se viven día a día.
ETERNAMENTE AMÁNDONOS comparte la historia de Paula Bernal (Alejandra Robles Gil), una mujer joven que le apasiona la música y trabaja cantando en distintos bares en la Ciudad de México. Ahí es donde Paula conoce a Rogelio Iturbide (Marcus Ornellas), el par se enamoran, deciden casarse e irse a vivir en la ciudad natal de Rogelio sin saber como reaccionaria la familia Iturbide a su unión. En Morelia los recibe la madre de Rogelio, Martina Rangel (Diana Bracho), una mujer muy tradicional y poderosa, a quien la gente de Morelia la llama La Monarca de Morelia. Martina está en contra del punto de vista moderno de Rogelio, y al sentirse amenazada por la influencia de Paula sobre su hijo, le declara la guerra a su nueva nuera y hará todo lo posible para separarlos.
