MIAMI – FEBRUARY 21, 2022 – “Premio Lo Nuestro” announced additional performers and presenters to celebrate the best of Latin music and culture. The star-studded event will feature world premieres, unique collaborations, and more. The longest-running Latin music award will begin with a tribute to the King of Rancheras the late Vicente Fernández. The must-see number features Ángela Aguilar, Camilo, Christian Nodal, David Bisbal, and Grupo Firme, and will be followed by the TV premiere of reggaeton legends Wisin and Yandel’s “No Se Olvida.” “Premio Lo Nuestro” will air LIVE from the FTX Arena this Thursday, starting with “Noche de Estrellas” at 7 p.m. ET on Univision.
Used to bringing everyone to their feet with his uber-popular hits, urban megastar Farruko will be honored on stage with the “Premio Lo Nuestro a la Excelencia Urbana” award. The acclaimed singer, composer, and producer will receive the award for his contributions to the genre, constant evolution, and leadership in bringing new styles to his music. Farruko will take the stage with Latin stars Pedro Capó and Oneill to perform a medley featuring “Ki,” “Pepas,” “El Incomprendido,” and “Gracias.”
Popular celebrities presenting the coveted awards at “Premio Lo Nuestro” include Adrián Uribe, Angélica Vale, Anitta, Chesca, David Zepeda, DJ Adoni, Duki, Eden Muñoz, Emilia, Farina, Giulia Be, Irina Baeva, Javier Romero Joel Deleón, Justin Quiles, Lele Pons, Majo Aguilar, Raymix, Susana González, Tiago PZK, Willy William, and Yotuel.
The first major music awards show of the year will feature performances by Anitta, Ángela Aguilar, BLESSD, Camilo, Chimbala, Christian Nodal, CNCO, David Bisbal, Deorro, El Alfa, El Fantasma, Elvis Martínez, Gente de Zona, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Grupo Firme, IAmChino, Jay Wheeler, Justin Quiles, Laura Pausini, Luis Fonsi, Maluma, Manuel Turizo, Natti Natasha, Olga Tañón, Ovi, Pepe Aguilar, Pitbull, Prince Royce, Romeo Santos, Sebastián Yatra, Sofía Reyes, Sting, Wisin y Yandel, and Yuri.
Alejandra Espinoza, David Bisbal, Gabriel Soto, and Yuri will host the three-hour show with Roberto Hernández reporting from backstage. Borja Voces, David Zepeda, Francisca and Raúl de Molina will host “Noche de Estrellas” with the special collaboration of Clarissa Molina and Jomari Goyso. The one-hour pre-show will feature performances by Emilia, Duki, VF7, Lele Pons, and Ninow y Candy.

El show de premios a la música latina de mayor trayectoria en el mundo empezará con un número que le rendirá tributo al rey de las rancheras Vicente Fernández. El imperdidble momento incluirá a Ángela Aguilar, Camilo, Christian Nodal, David Bisbal y Grupo Firme, y será seguido por las leyendas del reggaeton Wisin y Yandel en el debut por televisión de “No Se Olvida”. “Premio Lo Nuestro” se trasmitirá EN VIVO desde FTX Arena este jueves, comenzando con “Noche de Estrellas” a las 7 p.m. Este por Univision.
